Honor has been actively launching new phones in China, keeping its flagship and performance-focused lineups busy. Last month saw the arrival of the Magic 9 lineup, and the company has now unveiled the Win 2 series of performance-oriented flagship phones with huge batteries. The brand is reportedly preparing another smartphone launch for November, with the Honor 700 series expected to join its growing portfolio.

Honor 700 Pro details tipped

A Chinese tipster has revealed that the Honor 700 series will comprise three models. AnTuTu has reiterated the three-model lineup in a recent Weibo post and shared some key specifications of the Honor 700 Pro, which could sit at the top of the series. The lineup is tentatively scheduled to launch in China in November, although Honor has yet to confirm the launch timeline or the identities of all three models.

The Honor 700 Pro is reportedly being developed with a 1.72-inch rear display, which could provide additional functionality without requiring users to turn on the main screen. The secondary panel may prove useful for checking notifications, viewing information or framing selfies with the rear cameras, although its precise capabilities have not been disclosed.

The Honor 700 Pro is tipped to feature a 9,000mAh battery, a substantial capacity for a conventional smartphone. It is also expected to support 80W wired charging and 50W wireless charging, potentially combining long battery life with convenient charging options.

For photography, the handset is said to feature a 200-megapixel primary camera alongside a 50-megapixel periscope telephoto camera. While it is not mentioned in the leak, the rear setup is also expected to feature an ultra-wide camera.

The device is also tipped to sport a 6.57-inch flat display with 1.5K resolution. If these details prove accurate, the Honor 700 Pro could combine a relatively compact screen with a large battery and versatile camera hardware. However, all the reported specifications remain unofficial and could change before launch.

Apart from Honor, Vivo is reportedly preparing to launch the Vivo S70 lineup, while the Oppo Reno 17 series is also said to be in development for a November debut in China.
