    Design

    The Samsung Galaxy S23 has a sleek and stylish design with a metal frame and a glass back. It measures 146.3 x 70.9 x 7.6 mm and weighs 168 g. On the other hand, the Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus has a slightly larger design with dimensions of 157.8 x 76.2 x 7.6 mm and a weight of 196 g. The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has a premium glass design with a metal frame and is the largest of the three devices with dimensions of 163.4 x 78.1 x 8.9 mm and a weight of 234 g. All three devices are IP68 certified for water and dust resistance. The vanilla version and the Plus variant look more beautiful to me, and they are also more compact, especially the former (one of the most compact devices out there).

    The Samsung Galaxy S23 has a Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 6.1-inch diagonal and a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. The Samsung Galaxy S23 Plus has a similar Dynamic AMOLED 2X display with a 6.6-inch diagonal and a Full HD+ resolution of 1080 x 2340 pixels. The Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra has the largest display of the three devices with a Dynamic AMOLED 2X display and a 6.8-inch diagonal with a Quad HD+ resolution of 1440 x 3088 pixels. All three devices have a 120 Hz refresh rate and HDR10+ certification. The Ultra variant is definitely better due to its higher resolution and other specifications. Further, it is the only one with S Pen.

    All of these phones are powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 2 mobile platform in a special version customized for Galaxy flagships with a higher clock frequency: it reaches 3.36 GHz. With the Ultra variant, you can get the best memory configurations, including 12 GB of RAM and up to 12 TB of native UFS 4.0 storage. All the phones run Android 13 out of the box, with One UI 5.1 on top.
