The device is powered by the Kirin 9010 Octa-core processor. The smartphone comes with a 10.2-inch Tri-foldable LTPO OLED capacitive touchscreen and 2232 x 3184 pixels resolution. The dimensions of the device unfolded: 156.7 x 219 x 3.6-4.8 mm and folded is 156.7 x 73.5 x 12.8 mm while it weighs 298 grams.

The highlight apart from being foldable is the smartphone’s internal storage, which consists of 256 GB / 512 GB / 1 TB. The rear camera consists of a 50 MP (wide) + 12 MP (periscope telephoto) + 12 MP (ultrawide) while on the front there is single front camera: 8 MP (wide). The smartphone includes sensors such as a side-mounted fingerprint, accelerometer, gyro, proximity, compass, barometer, color spectrum + BDS Satellite Calling and Message.

Huawei Mate XT Ultimate is fueled by Silicon-carbon 5600 mAh, non-removable + 66W wired + 50W wireless + 7.5W reverse wireless + 5W reverse wired. It comes in two colors: Red and Black. The phone runs on HarmonyOS 4.2 (China) operating system.
