The Huawei Pura 80 was officially announced on June 11, 2025.
This device measures 157.7 × 74.4 × 8.2 mm and weighs 211 g, featuring a premium build with a glass front and back framed in aluminum. It’s IP68/IP69 rated, making it dust-tight and water-resistant against high-pressure jets and immersion up to 2 m. The 6.6-inch LTPO OLED display supports 1B colors, HDR, 120 Hz refresh rate, 1440 Hz PWM dimming, and reaches 2800 nits peak brightness, protected by Kunlun Glass 2.
Huawei Pura 80 runs EMUI internationally (HarmonyOS 5.1 in China) and has an octa-core CPU. Storage options include 256GB, 512GB, or 1TB—all with 12GB RAM, and no card slot. The triple rear camera system features a 50MP wide sensor (f/1.4–4.0, 1/1.3″, OIS), a 12MP periscope telephoto with 5x optical zoom, and a 13MP ultrawide lens.
Camera features include laser AF, color spectrum sensor, HDR, and 4K video with gyro-EIS. The 13MP ultrawide selfie camera offers autofocus, HDR, panorama, and 4K video. Connectivity includes Wi-Fi 6/7, Bluetooth 5.2, NFC, infrared port, advanced positioning with NavIC support, and USB-C 2.0 with DisplayPort 1.2. Audio is delivered through stereo speakers. The 5600 mAh battery supports 66W wired, 50W wireless, 7.5W reverse wireless, and 5W reverse wired charging. Colors include Black, White, Gold, and Green.
