The device features a dual rear camera setup with a 50MP primary sensor supporting OIS and an 8MP secondary camera. It supports 4K video recording at 30fps, while the 8MP front camera is designed for selfies and video calls. The camera system is built to deliver stable photos and smooth everyday video recording.

A 6.7-inch AMOLED display offers 1224 × 2340 resolution with approximately 389 ppi pixel density. The panel supports a 120Hz refresh rate, HDR10+, 2160Hz PWM dimming, and a punch-hole display design. These features provide smoother scrolling, improved contrast, and comfortable viewing during extended usage.

The phone runs Android 16 and is powered by the Qualcomm Snapdragon 6 Gen 4 chipset. Its octa-core processor is paired with 8GB RAM and 128GB internal storage for everyday performance. Nothing Phone (4b) does not support expandable storage through a memory card slot.
