Realme GT8 (China) has been officially announced on Oct. 21, 2025.
The smartphone features a premium design, combining a glass front, aluminum frame, and either a fiberglass or eco-leather back. Measuring 161.8 x 76.9 x 8.2 mm and weighing between 209–214 grams, it supports dual Nano-SIM cards and comes with IP68/IP69 certification, offering dust and water resistance, including immersion in up to 2 meters of water for 30 minutes.
Realme GT8 (China) sports a 6.79-inch LTPO AMOLED display with a 144Hz refresh rate, HDR support, and peak brightness of 7000 nits, with 1000 nits typical and 2000 nits in high-brightness mode. The panel offers a 1440 x 3136 resolution (~508 ppi) with a 19.5:9 aspect ratio and ~90.7% screen-to-body ratio, providing crisp, vibrant visuals.
Under the hood, the device runs Android 16 with Realme UI 7.0 and is powered by the 3 nm Qualcomm Snapdragon 8 Elite chipset. Its octa-core CPU (2×4.32 GHz Oryon V2 Phoenix L + 6×3.53 GHz Oryon V2 Phoenix M) coupled with the Adreno 830 GPU ensures smooth performance. Memory options include 12GB or 16GB RAM with 256GB to 1TB UFS 4.0 storage.
The triple rear camera setup includes a 50MP wide lens with OIS, a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 3.5x optical zoom, and an 8MP ultrawide lens. Video capabilities include 8K at 30fps, 4K up to 120fps, and 1080p up to 240fps with gyro-EIS. The 16MP front camera supports wide-angle selfies and panorama shots.
Audio is handled by stereo speakers, while connectivity includes Wi-Fi 7, Bluetooth 6.0, NFC, USB Type-C with OTG, and GPS support. The 7000 mAh Si/C Li-Ion battery supports 100W wired and 14.4W PD charging, reaching 100% in about 45 minutes. Available colors include Blue, Green, and White.
