The build includes a glass front, plastic back, and plastic frame, offering durability and a lightweight feel. It supports a hybrid dual SIM configuration and is IP64-rated, providing resistance to dust and water.
The device comes with a 6.67-inch AMOLED display that supports 1 billion colors and boasts a 120Hz refresh rate. With 1800 nits peak brightness and a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels (395 ppi density), it delivers a vivid and smooth viewing experience. Powered by Android 14 and Funtouch 14, Vivo Y300 5G runs on a Snapdragon 4 Gen 2 chipset (4 nm), with an octa-core CPU and Adreno 613 GPU.
