According to rumors, the Huawei phone with the model number BON-AL00 that recently appeared on Geekbench may very well be the Huawei Nova 11 SE. It is worth noting that this device had previously appeared on the TENAA certification platform’s database. While this TENAA listing, alongside a leaked poster that emerged last week, revealed the device’s complete specifications, it did leave the chipset a mystery. Let’s take a closer look at what the Geekbench listing has disclosed regarding this device.

Huawei Nova 11 SE Geekbench listing

As per the Geekbench listing, the Nova 11 SE appears to be powered by the Snapdragon 680 chipset, although the device name isn’t explicitly mentioned. The listing reveals that it is equipped with an octa-core processor with four CPU cores running at 2.2GHz and four CPU cores at 1.9GHz. The graphics processing is handled by the Adreno 610 GPU, and the device runs on Android 13 with 8 GB of RAM. These details are enough to state that the Nova 11 SE has the Snapdragon 680 chip onboard. In addition, it achieved a single-core score of 410 and a multi-core score of 1447 points on Geekbench 6.

Huawei Nova 11 SE specifications (rumored)

Huawei is gearing up to launch another new Nova series smartphone soon. But prior to any official announcement, a new leak has revealed the design of the upcoming Nova 11 SE thanks to leaked renders. So let us have a look.

Huawei Nova 11 SE Renders

The leaked design render was shared by known tipster @看山的叔叔, who shared the information on Weibo (a Chinese microblogging website). Looking at the image, we can see that the rear features two ring camera modules that house a triple camera setup. Furthermore, the back panel appears to feature a matte texture and is confirmed to come with two color variants, namely green and white. The design is in line with our previous report, which covered the TENAA listing of the Nova 11 SE model.

Unfortunately, the tipster did not reveal any other finer details regarding the new Huawei Nova 11 SE. But based on our earlier coverage of this device, we know that it will likely sport a tall 6.67-inch OLED display that offers a Full HD+ resolution and 10 bit color support. The Nova 11SE is expected to be equipped with the 2.4GHz that offers 4G connectivity that is paired with 8GB of RAM and 128GB or 256GB of internal storage.

This model is expected to run on Harmony OS 4.0 out of the box and will be powered by a 4,400mAh battery pack (rated value). The device could also support 66W fast charging. On the rear, the device will reportedly feature a 108-megapixel triple camera setup, while the front houses a 16-megapixel shooter for selfies and video calls. The Nova 11 SE is rumored to launch this month, so stick around for more updates.

Unlike the last few months, the smartphone launches in October are expected to be minimal. Only a trio of brands have officially scheduled events.

At the same time, only a handful of companies are rumored to debut new phones. These products range from budget to premium, such as foldables.

The most anticipated launch will be by Google. The search giant will be unveiling its next-gen flagship Pixel handsets.

Further, OnePlus is anticipated to take wraps off its first-ever foldable. Also, Huawei is expected to continue its smartphone launch spree.

With that out of the way, let’s have a look at all the phones that are either scheduled or rumored to be released in the forthcoming days.

The device has already appeared in the database of the TENAA certification platform with all its major specs. Here is a look at what to expect from the device.

Huawei Nova 11 SE specifications (rumored)

Huawei Nova 11 SE TENAA images

Initially, the TENAA listing of the Huawei Nova 11 SE only showed its images. However, later on, it was updated with its specifications. As per the listing, it is equipped with a 6.67-inch OLED display with FHD+ resolution at 1080 x 2400 pixels and supports 10-bit colors. The Nova 11 SE will be powered by an unknown 2.4GHz chipset that offers 4G connectivity. The SoC will be accompanied by 8 GB of RAM.

The Nova 11 SE will come preloaded with Harmony OS 4.0 and will be offered in 128 GB and 256 GB storage variants. It will be backed by a 4,400mAh (rated value) battery. As per the 3C certification of the device, it will arrive with 66W rapid charging support.

For selfies, the Nova 11 SE will have a 16-megapixel selfie camera. On the back, the device will have a 108-megapixel primary camera, which will be coupled with 8-megapixel and 2-megapixel cameras.

The Nova 11 SE will succeed the Nova 10 SE, which debuted with a starting price of 1,599 Yuan (~$219) last year. The 11 SE is likely to arrive at a similar price.

The said device could be called Huawei Nova 11 SE and it might launch as early as next month. While we wait for an announcement, the handset’s live images and a few details have been revealed by TENAA.

Huawei Nova 11 SE won’t support 5G

TENAA, China’s compulsory certification authority, has listed the Huawei Nova 11 SE on its website (Via ITHome). The authority also shares live images of the device, which show this new phone adopts a dual-circle camera module, equipped with a rear triple-camera setup.

The main color tone of the phone is black, with gold accents on the camera module and the Huawei logo. In addition, the phone features a flat display on the front. However, the location of the selfie camera cutout cannot be determined.

According to the registration information, the Huawei Nova 11 SE phone supports TD-LTE / LTE FDD / WCDMA / cdma2000 / CDMA 1X / GSM standards, with no mention of 5G connectivity. The handset is also listed to support dual SIM standby and comes pre-installed with HarmonyOS by Huawei.

Other specifications of the specifications of the phone are yet to be known. Since there’s no 5G connectivity, the Nova 11 SE likely packs one of the older Kirin SoCs. Word in China suggests the Nova 11 SE will be launched in October but there’s no official confirmation from Huawei yet. Stay tuned for the updates.
