Infinix Hot 12 Play has finally went on sale in India. The first sale of the smartphone is now live and is currently listed on Flipkart, a popular Indian e-retailer. So let’s have a look at its price and offers.

Talking about the specs of the smartphone first, it sports a 6.82 inch HD+ IPS LCD panel that has a 90Hz refresh rate and 480 nits of peak brightness. Under the hood, the device is equipped with a UNISOC T610 SoC that is paired with a Mali G52 GPU. This chipset also arrives with 4GB of LPDDR4X RAM and 64GB of internal storage. Furthermore, you can also expand your storage through a MicroSD card slot.

The device runs on Android 11 based XOS 10 out of the box and is powered by a large 6,000mAh battery pack that supports standard 10W charging. Earlier this month, Infinix unveiled the Infinnix Hot 12 Play in Thailand. A few days after that, the brand has now debuted the handset in India as planned. The smartphone offers features like a Unisoc chipset, a high refresh rate display, and a large battery. Let’s take a look at its specs along with its pricing and availability in India.

Infinix Hot 12 Play Specifications and Features

The Infinix Hot 12 Play is built around a 6.82-inch display with a centered punch hole. The LCD panel sports a resolution of 1612 x 720 pixels (HD+), a 90Hz refresh rate, and a 180Hz touch sampling rate.

It comes powered by a Unisoc T610 SoC. As for software, the device boots XOS 10 based on Android 11.

Talking about optics, it houses a dual-camera system on the rear comprising a 13MP primary sensor and an AI lens. On the front, it has an 8MP snapper for selfies and video calls.

As far as connectivity is concerned, it arrives with dual SIM card slots and offers support for 4G, single-band WiFi, Bluetooth, GNSS, and USB Type-C. The handset also comes with a 3.5mm headphone jack, a dedicated MicroSD card slot, and a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.

Infinix has confirmed to launch the Infinix Hot 12 Play in India on May 23 (Monday). The device is expected to be announced in the country at 12 PM via social media.

Since the phone is already official in Thailand, we know everything about it. The handset offers a 6.82-inch HD+ display (LCD) with a 90Hz refresh rate and a MediaTek Helio G35 chipset.

It comes with a 13MP +  AI lens dual-camera setup, an 8MP selfie camera, a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor, a MicroSD card slot, a 3.5mm headphone jack, a USB Type-C port, Android 12 operating system, 6,000mAh battery, and 18W fast charging support.

Oppo Reno 8 Series

Oppo has scheduled a conference in China for May 23 (Monday). It will begin at 7 PM CST and can be live-streamed on Weibo and other popular Chinese video streaming platforms. The company has confirmed to unveil the Oppo Reno 8 series at this event.

The Oppo Reno 8 series will consist of three models, namely Oppo Reno 8, Oppo Reno 8 Pro, and Oppo Reno 8 Pro Plus. The vanilla model is anticipated to house a Mediatek Dimensity 1300 SoC, while the Pro and Pro Plus are expected to be powered by Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 1 and Mediatk Dimensity 8100-Max chipsets respectively.

The Pro models will also arrive with Oppo’s in-house MariSilicon X NPU, which made its debut on the Oppo Find X5 and Oppo Find X5 Pro earlier this year. All three phones will flaunt a different design than the previous models.

The aforementioned smartphones will be also accompanied by Oppo’s second tablet called Oppo Pad Air.

Redmi Note 11T Series

Redmi has planned an event for May 24 (Tuesday) in China. The brand has confirmed to launch the Redmi Note 11T series at this conference. The event will be live-streamed on Weibo and other leading Chinese video streaming platforms from 7 PM CST.

Two phones are expected, namely Redmi Note 11T Pro and Redmi Note 11T Pro Plus. They are said to be powered by Mediatek Dimensity 1300 and Dimenisty 8100 chips respectively.

Interestingly, they will sport LCD displays. Redmi even claims that the LCD screen on the Pro Plus will be one of the best. The device is also the first LCD handset to get DisplayMate’s A+ rating.

RedmiBook Pro 2022 Ryzen Edition and Xiaomi Band 7 will also be announced at the conference.
