Transsion Holdings subsidiary Infinix has launched the Infinix Note 12 and Hot 12 in India. The Hot 12 series includes the Infinix Hot 12i which was launched earlier on. The Infinix Note 12 packs a 6.7-inch AMOLED display with a waterdrop notch design and is powered by a MediaTek Helio G88 processor. The processor is paired with 4GB of RAM with a bigger 6GB RAM option. There is 128GB of internal storage onboard both options. The storage is expandable via microSD. Infinix Note 12

In terms of the camera, the Note 12 packs a 50-megapixel main camera paired with a 2-megapixel macro lens and a QVGA auxiliary module in a triple camera arrangement. At the front, there is a 16-megapixel selfie shooter embedded in the waterdrop notch.

Keeping the light on is a massive 5,000mAh battery with support for 33W fast charging. For interface, the Infinix Note 12 runs on the custom XOS 10.6 based on Android 11.

On the other hand, the Infinix Hot 12 features a slightly more expansive 6.82-inch IPS LCD display with an HD+ resolution. The display also supports a 90Hz refresh rate and utilizes a punch-hole design.

The Hot 12 runs on the MediaTek Helio G85 chipset paired with 6GB of RAM while there is an expandable 128GB storage onboard. For photography, the premium mid-ranger packs a triple camera setup consisting of a 13-megapixel main camera teaming up with a 2-megapixel auxiliary module and an AI lens.

The device gets its juice from a 5,000mAh battery just like the Note 12 but it features support for 18W fast charging. The Hot 12 runs on a much-improved Android 12-based XOS 10.6.

The company is yet to announce the pricing and availability details of the models.
