This year, more companies have come up to prove this very point, which has left us with plenty of smartphones that are very good on paper and does not cost a fortune.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/2016-flagships.jpg?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-108518" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/2016-flagships.jpg?x44794" alt="2016 top phones" width="800" height="542" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/2016-flagships.jpg 800w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/2016-flagships-300x203.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/2016-flagships-768x520.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 800px) 100vw, 800px" /></a></p>
<p>So, here we list the best smartphones in the market today, ranging from $300 and going all the way up to $770. These are some of the best Chinese flagships that you can buy right now.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><div class="su-heading su-heading-style-default su-heading-align-center" id="" style="font-size:19px;margin-bottom:20px"><div class="su-heading-inner"><strong>OnePlus 3T</strong></div></div>
<p>Almost everyone would agree that the best Chinese flagship phone list isn&#8217;t complete without a OnePlus smartphone. Since the past three years, OnePlus has etched out a niche market for itself &#8212; the one and only affordable flagship that you need and the tradition continues this year as well with the latest OnePlus flagship, the OnePlus 3T, which is one of the best phones you can buy for your money right now.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>(<a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/2016/06/29/oneplus-3-review-mature-almost-perfect-oneplus/">OnePlus 3 Review Here</a>)</strong></p>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/oneplus-3t-01.png?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-106905" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/oneplus-3t-01.png?x44794" alt="oneplus 3t" width="660" height="665" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/oneplus-3t-01.png 660w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/oneplus-3t-01-150x150.png 150w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/oneplus-3t-01-298x300.png 298w" sizes="(max-width: 660px) 100vw, 660px" /></a></p>
<p>The phone comes with the most powerful Qualcomm processor yet, the Snapdragon 821, 6GB of RAM for super fast multi-tasking and even a 128GB ROM option for those who found 64GB not enough on the OnePlus 3. The rear camera is pretty good, with a 16MP Sony sensor with OIS and PDAF, but what&#8217;s really the highlight is the front camera, a 16MP shooter with f/2.0 aperture, making it a handy device for clicking your selfies.</p>
<p>The 3400mAh battery will ensure that your phone is powered for a day and if you find that not enough, the Dash Charge, which gets you 60% battery in 30 minutes, will get the job done.</p>
<p>It&#8217;s definitely a great flagship costing just $439!</p>
<p>You can read the entire specifications of the<a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/product/oneplus-3t/"> OP3T here</a>.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><div class="su-heading su-heading-style-default su-heading-align-center" id="" style="font-size:19px;margin-bottom:20px"><div class="su-heading-inner"><strong>Xiaomi Mi Note 2 </strong> </div></div>
<p style="text-align: left;">Xiaomi&#8217;s smartphones have always been affordable and value for money and recently the company has increased its efforts to make a mark in the high-end flagship segment. As a result, we have a few Xiaomi flagships that make it to the list here (three to be exact) and all the three are worthy enough of your hard earned money. They come with top-notch features at an affordable price, making it true value for money.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/mi-note-2-1.jpg?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-104384" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/mi-note-2-1.jpg?x44794" alt="xiaomi mi note 2" width="500" height="500" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/mi-note-2-1.jpg 500w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/mi-note-2-1-150x150.jpg 150w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/mi-note-2-1-300x300.jpg 300w" sizes="(max-width: 500px) 100vw, 500px" /></a></p>
<p style="text-align: left;">The Xiaomi Mi Note 2 makes it to this list, which is unsurprising, given its dual curved display and powerful specs.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">This <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/xiaomi">Xiaomi</a> flagship is a bit different from other phones in the list because of its dual curved display. The phone is a bit larger as well, as it comes with a 5.7-inch 1080p display, as opposed to the 5.5-inchers that are in this list. But the larger display means you have more screen real estate which is great for your games and videos. Inside, you get the best Snapdragon 821 chip, with the top-end variant featuring 6GB RAM and 128GB of storage.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">The phone features a great 22.5MP 1/2.6&#8243; sensor with EIS (gyro), PDAF and dual LED flash. The phone also features a large 4070mAh battery with QC 3.0 (82% in just 30 minutes) making sure that your large screen will be powered throughout the day.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">The phone&#8217;s official price starts at $413 in China and goes all the way up to $516 for the 6GB RAM model. However, as you know, one will have to shell out anywhere from $50-$100 premium for each variant model.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">Check out the entire specs of the <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-mi-note-2/">Xiaomi Mi Note 2 from here</a>.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><div class="su-heading su-heading-style-default su-heading-align-center" id="" style="font-size:19px;margin-bottom:20px"><div class="su-heading-inner"><strong>Xiaomi Mi 5S</strong> </div></div>
<p style="text-align: left;">If you are looking for a Chinese flagship that&#8217;s compact and powerful, you should definitely check out the Xiaomi Mi 5S. The phone features a 5.15-inch compact display with 3D Touch on the top end 4GB + 128GB ROM version.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>(<a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/2016/10/12/xiaomi-mi5s-review/">Xiaomi Mi 5S Review Here</a>)</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/mi-5s-fingerprint-ultrasonic.jpg?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-99915" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/mi-5s-fingerprint-ultrasonic.jpg?x44794" alt="mi-5s-fingerprint-ultrasonic" width="861" height="484" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/mi-5s-fingerprint-ultrasonic.jpg 861w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/mi-5s-fingerprint-ultrasonic-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/mi-5s-fingerprint-ultrasonic-768x432.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 861px) 100vw, 861px" /></a></p>
<p style="text-align: left;">It&#8217;s slim, weighs just 145 grams and is ideal for a small sized flagship. Internals are powerful, coming with Snapdragon 821 with Adreno 530 GPU, and a 1/2.3&#8243; 12MP f/2.0 camera which should ensure good quality pictures even in low light. One feature missing from the camera is OIS. The battery is also decent measuring 3200mAh and QC 3.0 support helps in powering the phone all day long.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">The pricing in China starts at around $300, going up to $350 for the 128GB version.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">You can check out all the specs of the<a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-mi-5s/"> Xiaomi Mi 5S from here</a>.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><div class="su-heading su-heading-style-default su-heading-align-center" id="" style="font-size:19px;margin-bottom:20px"><div class="su-heading-inner"><strong>Xiaomi Mi Mix</strong></div></div>
<p style="text-align: left;">The Xiaomi Mi Mix is one of the biggest surprises of the year 2016 and hence, there is no way this list is complete without including this flagship. However, because of its super giant display, which covers more than 90% of the front, the Mi Mix is probably not for everyone. After all, using a 6.4-inch 1080p display on a day to day basis is not an easy task.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/xiaomi-mix-3.jpg?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-108267" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/xiaomi-mix-3.jpg?x44794" alt="xiaomi mi mix" width="599" height="405" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/xiaomi-mix-3.jpg 599w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/xiaomi-mix-3-300x203.jpg 300w" sizes="(max-width: 599px) 100vw, 599px" /></a></p>
<p style="text-align: left;">But if you are someone who loves big screens, the Xiaomi Mi Mix is probably one of the best-looking phones that you can buy right now. It is once again powered by the popular Snapdragon 821 chipset and even comes with a 256GB + 6GB RAM option for those who really want to take things to the next level.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">While the camera is decent featuring a 16MP sensor with EIS and PDAF, it&#8217;s not the best in the market, which might be a let down for some. But it should still click some decent pictures. The battery is large, measuring 4400mAh which will ensure that you will get at least day long battery life despite its super large display.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">The limited supply is probably its biggest drawback. This also makes the actual purchase price of the Mi Mix, higher than the official price tag of $516.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">You can read more about the <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-mi-mix/">Xiaomi Mi Mix specs</a> from here.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><div class="su-heading su-heading-style-default su-heading-align-center" id="" style="font-size:19px;margin-bottom:20px"><div class="su-heading-inner"><strong>LeEco Le Pro 3</strong></div></div>
<p style="text-align: left;">Despite its late entry into the smartphone market, LeEco has given us some of the best value for money smartphones available in the market right now. As a result, there is no surprise that this list includes the LeEco Le Pro 3 flagship that is powered by the mighty Snapdragon 821 chipset.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><strong>(<a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/2016/10/24/leeco-le-pro-3-review/">Le Pro 3 Review Here</a>)</strong></p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/lepro3.jpg?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-98816" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/lepro3.jpg?x44794" alt="le pro 3" width="575" height="575" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/lepro3.jpg 575w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/lepro3-150x150.jpg 150w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/09/lepro3-300x300.jpg 300w" sizes="(max-width: 575px) 100vw, 575px" /></a></p>
<p style="text-align: left;">In fact, the Le Pro 3 comes with all the bells and whistles found on a regular Android flagship today, including 6GB RAM + 128GB ROM option, a large 4070mAh battery, a decent 16MP camera with PDAF and a super slim 7.5mm body (slimmer than most phones in this list). However, what really sets this phone apart from others is the lack of a 3.5mm headphone jack. The phone uses the company&#8217;s USB Type-C powered CDLA standard which it claims is better than standard headphone jacks.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">If you can live without a traditional 3.5mm headphone jack, the Le Pro 3 is one of the most affordable Snapdragon 821 powered phones in the market.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">It starts at around $270 in China and goes up to $300 for the 6GB RAM model. However, you can get the 6GB RAM version from sellers like <a href="http://www.oppomart.com/le-pro-3.html">OPPOMART for around $380</a>, which is a good price even after the premium charged.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">You can read the entire specs of the <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/product/le-pro-3/">LeEco Le Pro 3 from here</a>.</p>
<p style="text-align: center;"><div class="su-heading su-heading-style-default su-heading-align-center" id="" style="font-size:19px;margin-bottom:20px"><div class="su-heading-inner"><strong>Huawei Mate 9</strong></div></div>
<p style="text-align: left;">Your search for a good looking metal phablet ends with the <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/tag/huawei/">Huawei</a> Mate 9. It comes with everything that you wish for in a smartphone, including a Leica certified 20MP + 12MP dual cameras at the back. The Huawei P9 had one of the most interesting cameras in the segment and the Mate 9 aims to take things to a different level.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;"><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/Huawei-Mate-9-01.jpg?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-105777" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/Huawei-Mate-9-01.jpg?x44794" alt="huawei mate 9" width="768" height="832" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/Huawei-Mate-9-01.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/11/Huawei-Mate-9-01-277x300.jpg 277w" sizes="(max-width: 768px) 100vw, 768px" /></a></p>
<p style="text-align: left;">This Huawei flagship comes with a massive 5.9-inch display with 1080p display. Unlike the other phones in this list, the Huawei Mate 9 is powered by its own chipset, the<a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/2016/10/20/kirin-960-compare-kirin-950/"> Hisilicon Kirin 960</a>, which to be honest has really caught up with other flagship processors in the market today. While there is no 6GB RAM option for this model, 4GB + 64GB storage along with MicroSD expansion up to 256GB should be enough for most users out there.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">The dual cameras is the real focus of the phone, featuring 20MP + 12MP dual sensors with f/2.2 aperture, 2x zoom, PDAF + Laser Focus and dual tone flash. The front facing 8MP f/1.9 sensor should be enough for great selfies. Further, like all Mate series flagships, the Mate 9 also comes with a large 4000mAh battery.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">This actually doesn&#8217;t fit in the affordable flagship category, with pricing starting upwards of $700. However, for this price, you get top-notch built quality, powerful hardware, Leica certified cameras as well as a premium experience. This is why it makes sense to include the phone in this list despite its costly price tag of $775.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">You can check out the specs of the <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/product/huawei-mate-9-2/">Mate 9 from here</a>.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">So, these were the top Chinese Flagships that you can buy in the market today. I would like to include some honorable mentions as well, like the 6GB version of <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/product/lenovo-zuk-z2-pro/">ZUK Z2 Pro</a> powered by Snapdragon 820 as well as the <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/2016/08/15/zte-axon-7-review/">ZTE Axon 7</a> coming with a great audio experience. But if you are in the market to get the best Chinese flagship, the phones listed above are probably your best bet.</p>
<p style="text-align: left;">So, what do you feel about this Chinese flagship list? Do you think I missed out on any great phone?</p>

The phone is the costliest Redmi handset from the company till date and kind of breaks the common cheap price mentality that we usually associate with the Redmi series.</p>
<p>Considering its 1499 Yuan ($226) price tag, the Redmi Pro might feel as if it&#8217;s a bit costly for a Redmi smartphone, which it is, but today, we take a look at the competition for the device and check whether it offers better value for the money you pay. Xiaomi smartphones have always been popular for bringing the best value for your buck, so let&#8217;s see if that applies to the Redmi Pro as well.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-91484" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/b418a7a1jw1f68gagp62bj21hc0u0te0.jpg?x44794" alt="redmi pro official" width="1024" height="576" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/b418a7a1jw1f68gagp62bj21hc0u0te0.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/b418a7a1jw1f68gagp62bj21hc0u0te0-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/b418a7a1jw1f68gagp62bj21hc0u0te0-768x432.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></p>
<p>As most of you would know, there are a lot of innovative features on the Redmi Pro, setting it apart from the competition in its price segment. In fact, it is one of the cheapest dual camera smartphones that you can buy right now. But that&#8217;s not just it. It&#8217;s also a cheap Helio X20 powered smartphone, although there are a few other options like the Vernee Apollo Lite and the 360 N4s that beats the Redmi Pro in terms of pricing.</p>
<p>Since we are taking a look at the competition of the Redmi Pro, we are considering phones that are around $225 (+- $20). In this range, there are a few good options, and we will compare their specs with the Pro to see whether it&#8217;s worth paying $226 for the brand new Redmi device.</p>
<p>Since we want to have the best in this list, we are going to consider phones that are either running Helio x20 or Helio X25 around this price tag. Surprisingly, there is one SD820 phone that&#8217;s priced very close to Redmi Pro, which if you remember, is none other <a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/2016/07/29/zuk-z2-rio-edition-3gb32gb-cheapest-snapdragon-820/">than the ZUK Z2</a> (Rio Edition). Below is a comparison of the competition of Redmi Pro at its $226 price tag.</p>
<p><a href="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/Screen-Shot-2016-08-11-at-5.51.11-PM.png?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter wp-image-93320 size-full" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/Screen-Shot-2016-08-11-at-5.51.11-PM.png?x44794" alt="redmi pro vs competition" width="1019" height="452" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/Screen-Shot-2016-08-11-at-5.51.11-PM.png 1019w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/Screen-Shot-2016-08-11-at-5.51.11-PM-300x133.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/08/Screen-Shot-2016-08-11-at-5.51.11-PM-768x341.png 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1019px) 100vw, 1019px" /></a></p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<h2><span style="color: #993366;">Appearance &amp; Dimensions:</span></h2>
<p>Most of the phones in the above comparison feature a metal body. ZUK Z2 is the only exception with a double glass body but even that looks premium. So, I am not going to compare the appearance of these phones since the liking to a particular design differ from person to person.</p>
<p>What we can compare is the dimensions of the body. So, when it comes to dimensions, the two LeEco phones in the list, namely the Le 2 and the Le 2 Pro turns out to be much more compact as well as lighter than the Redmi Pro. However, the difference is just marginal and not something that you would notice in your regular usage. The LeEco devices are definitely thinner, measuring just 7.5mm. But Redmi Pro&#8217;s 8.2mm thick body is justified by the large battery inside. We won&#8217;t be comparing the ZUK Z2&#8217;s dimensions and weight, mainly because it&#8217;s a 5-inch phone and the rest all are 5.5-inch devices.</p>
<p>The weight of the Redmi Pro is a bit higher than the competition. Both, LeEco models and 360 N4S are lighter at 153 grams and 169 grams respectively, as compared to Redmi Pro&#8217;s 174 grams.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<h2><span style="color: #993366;">Display:</span></h2>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-91478" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/b418a7a1jw1f68gbgzqh1j21hc0u0aep.jpg?x44794" alt="redmi pro oled display" width="1024" height="576" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/b418a7a1jw1f68gbgzqh1j21hc0u0aep.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/b418a7a1jw1f68gbgzqh1j21hc0u0aep-300x169.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/b418a7a1jw1f68gbgzqh1j21hc0u0aep-768x432.jpg 768w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></p>
<p>The display on the Redmi Pro should be better on paper considering its the only phone with an OLED panel in the list. Rest have IPS LCD screens. Unsurprisingly, all phones have 1080p resolution.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<h2><span style="color: #993366;">Processor &amp; Memory:</span></h2>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-85064" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/helio-x20.jpg?x44794" alt="helio x20" width="558" height="364" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/helio-x20.jpg 558w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/06/helio-x20-300x196.jpg 300w" sizes="(max-width: 558px) 100vw, 558px" /></p>
<p>As you can see in the list, there are two phones that should perform better than the Redmi Pro, at least on the basis of their chipsets, namely the Le 2 Pro with Helio X25 and the ZUK Z2 with Snapdragon 820. The difference between Helio X20 and SD820 is actually quite significant, but for most usage, Helio X20 should be enough. If you remember, on AnTuTu, Helio X20 scores just over 90K points, Helio X25 above 95K points and SD820 around 125K+ points.</p>
<p>Since we are considering the base variants of all devices in the list, the Redmi Pro comes with just 3GB of RAM. At around the same price, you have three models which feature 4GB of RAM, the Le 2 Pro, 360 N4S and Vernee Apollo Lite. All the models in this list feature 32GB of internal storage, but Redmi Pro has an advantage as it comes with a MicroSD card slot (hybrid). This is where the Le 2 Pro, which has been doing so well in the earlier departments, fails. On the Le 2 Pro and the Le 2, you will be stuck with 32GB of internal storage with no option to expand.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<h2><span style="color: #993366;">Camera:</span></h2>
<p>So, the camera is one major department where specs are not really indicative of its performance. On paper, Redmi Pro has a big advantage, being the only dual camera smartphone in the list, coming with 13MP Sony sensor and 5MP depth secondary sensor from Samsung. This should technically enable better low light images and features such as bokeh, not found in other phones in its price range.</p>
<figure id="attachment_91494" aria-describedby="caption-attachment-91494" style="width: 690px" class="wp-caption aligncenter"><img loading="lazy" class="wp-image-91494 size-full" src="http://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/b418a7a1jw1f68fuoggj4j21hc0u079f.jpg?x44794" alt="redmi pro dual camera specs" width="690" height="388" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/b418a7a1jw1f68fuoggj4j21hc0u079f.jpg 690w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2016/07/b418a7a1jw1f68fuoggj4j21hc0u079f-300x169.jpg 300w" sizes="(max-width: 690px) 100vw, 690px" /><figcaption id="caption-attachment-91494" class="wp-caption-text">redmi pro dual camera specs</figcaption></figure>
<p>But we can only judge the performance of the camera after we try it out in real life. On paper, the 360 N4S and the Le 2 Pro also seem to have pretty good cameras.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<h2><span style="color: #993366;">Battery:</span></h2>
<p>The battery is one area that Redmi phones have managed to master in the recent releases. This one is no different as it comes with a 4050mAh battery, good enough for a couple of days. But you will be surprised to see that Redmi Pro isn&#8217;t the largest battery phone in this list. The 360 N4S comes with an even bigger 5000mAh battery, making sure that no other phone is nearly as good as the N4S in the battery department. ZUK Z2 is the third best battery phone in the list as it comes with a 3500mAh battery.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<h2><span style="color: #993366;">Price:</span></h2>
<p>The Redmi Pro costs $226 for the base variant, and there are three other phones in this list that are cheaper than this model. The 360 N4S and Le 2 seem to be the two major competitors who are cheaper than the Redmi model, offering quite similar value. But these two phones have its own set of drawbacks as compared to the Redmi device, which we will mention below. As for the Le 2 Pro, the pricing is same as the Redmi Pro and the ZUK Z2 with SD820 is priced slightly higher at $241.</p>
<p>&nbsp;</p>
<h2><span style="color: #993366;">Verdict:</span></h2>
<p>So, you saw the comparison, and you read the differences above. Which one do you think offers the best value among the above devices?</p>
<p>Well, I would have to say the 360 N4S is Redmi Pro&#8217;s biggest competitor, offering 4GB RAM, a larger 5000mAh battery at a much cheaper $180 price tag. But there&#8217;s one major problem, getting hold of this handset is not going to be easy. Even the 16MP f/2.0 aperture camera seems to be quite good on paper. If we had to pick Redmi Pro&#8217;s advantage, it could be the dual cameras at the back, i.e. if they manage to perform much better than the N4S.</p>
<p>The Le 2 Pro would be another close competition, offering 4GB RAM, slimmer body and a slightly faster Helio X25 at the same $226 price tag. However, the small 3000mAh battery, non-expandable storage and the lack of 3.5mm headphone jack are good reasons for a buyer to prefer the Redmi Pro or 360 N4S model over the Le 2 Pro.</p>
<p>Le 2 is the cheaper offering and at $166, you get great value for money. But when the Redmi Pro comes into the picture with its expandable storage, OLED display, much larger battery and Dual Cameras, the latter seems to bring a lot more features, if you are ready to shell out a bit more.</p>
<p>ZUK Z2 Rio edition is a good option for people who would like to have SD820 for just $240. But if you are okay with Helio X20 (which is quite a decent performer for everyday use), you would see that the Redmi Pro saves you a few bucks and offers much more value with dual cameras, expandable storage and larger battery. Of course, for those who want a power performer, you probably wouldn&#8217;t get anything better in terms of power at this price than the Z2 Rio Edition.</p>
<p>Considering that the Vernee Apollo Lite makes it to this list, it shows that the phone offers pretty good value. You get Helio X20 + 4GB RAM and expandable storage for just $200. And unlike the other models, whose international resale price would be much higher (after adding premium from resellers), the Apollo Lite is actually a pretty good phone. But if you manage to get hold of the Redmi Pro at its official price (easier if you are in China), then paying additional $25 gives you a better screen, larger battery, and a better camera setup, all from a trusted and established Chinese brand.</p>
<p>So, like my title says, buying the Redmi Pro at $225 won&#8217;t be a bad decision.</p>
<p>What do you think? Which model is your favorite? Also, do you think there&#8217;s any other model that can be added to this list? Let me know in the comments down below.</p>
