Now, tipster Sudhanshu Ambhore has shared the remaining specifications along with renders of the smartphone.

As per Sudhasnhu, the Moto G85 features a 6.67-inch 3D Curved OLED display with a resolution of 1080 x 2400 pixels, a 120Hz refresh rate, and a pixel density of 395ppi. It is powered by the Snapdragon 6s Gen 3 processor.

The phone’s camera system includes a 50 MP main sensor (Sony IMX882) with an f/1.79 aperture, Pixel Quad 1.6μm, PDAF, and OIS; an 8 MP ultrawide sensor with an f/2.2 aperture, 118.6° field of view, 1/4.0″ sensor size, 1.12µm pixel size, and autofocus; and a 32 MP selfie camera with an f/2.45 aperture and 0.7µm pixel size. It supports 1080p video recording at 60 fps.

The device is equipped with a 5000mAh battery that supports 30W charging with QC 3+ and PD 3.0 standards. It will come with either 8GB or 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage and runs on Android 14. Connectivity options include Wi-Fi 802.11 a/b/g/n/ac, Bluetooth 5.1, NFC, GPS (A-GPS), GLONASS, and USB 2.0. Motorola is preparing to launch its newest foldable phones, the Razr 50 and Razr 50 Ultra, next week on June 25th. Ahead of the official event, European retail listings have already revealed the prices for these devices.

The Razr 50 will be available in Orange, Grey, and Sand color options. The base model with 8GB of RAM and 256GB of storage will start at €899. 

For those seeking a more premium foldable experience can opt for the Razr 50 Ultra which is said to retail at €1,199. This top-of-the-line model comes in Green, Blue, and Peach color options and offers 12GB of RAM paired with 512GB of storage.

Motorola Razr 50 and Razr 50 Ultra Specifications

Talking about the specs, the Razr 50 Ultra is expected to feature a 4-inch wide cover display and a 6.9-inch inner display, both using OLED technology, replacing the LTPO AMOLED displays of earlier models. The main display will have a resolution of 1272×1080 pixels.

Powered by the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 processor, the Ultra model will offer RAM options from 8GB to 18GB and storage options from 128GB to 1TB. It will also feature a 3800mAh battery. Camera-wise, the Razr 50 Ultra will have two 50MP rear sensors and a 32MP front camera.

The standard Motorola Razr 50 will also feature a 6.9-inch inner display but a smaller 3.6-inch outer display. It will run on the MediaTek Dimensity 7300X chipset.

The lineup recently went official in China. It consists of two models, namely Honor 200 and Honor 200 Pro.

Both handsets have a 6.7-inch 120Hz curved OLED display, a 50MP (wide) + 12MP (ultrawide) + 50MP (2.5x telephoto) triple camera system, a 50MP selfie camera, a 5,000mAh battery, and 100W wired charging support.

However, the pro variant houses a more powerful Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 SoC compared to a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chip inside the vanilla model.

Realme GT 6

The Realme GT 6 is officially teased to launch soon. The product is expected to go official in June.

The device is said to be a rebranded Realme GT Neo 6. Hence, it will be a flagship killer (mid-ranger with a powerful chipset).

Oppo F27 Pro

The Oppo F27 Pro is anticipated to launch in India in June. It is rumored to be a rebranded Oppo A3 Pro.

Motorola is gearing up to launch a new mid-range smartphone in the global market called the Moto G85 5G. Earlier this month, the device was spotted on Geekbench as well as a European retail site revealing some of its key details and pricing. Now, Tooljunction has leaked renders of the device.

The renders reveal that the Moto G85 has a curved-edge display with thin top and bottom bezels. In contrast, its predecessor, the Moto G84 has a flat display. The sides of the G85 are also curved with the back featuring a dual-camera setup on a uni-body style camera bump. It also has a flash module on the back. Additionally, the camera bump has 50MP + OIS written on it, which confirms that it will have a 50MP primary camera with optical image stabilization.

Moving over to specifications, previous reports indicate that the Moto G85 will come with an unannounced Qualcomm processor that has the Adreno 619 GPU. The Adreno 619 GPU is present in the Snapdragon 695 and Snapdragon 480. Geekbench has revealed that this new processor has a base clock speed of 2.02GHz and a peak clock speed of 2.30GHz. We expect this processor to be the Snapdragon 4 Gen 3.

The device will have an 8GB RAM model, as well as a 12GB RAM model with 256GB storage, which is expected to cost €300. More details are expected to be revealed soon, so stay tuned.

Earlier today Motorola announced the Edge 50 Fusion in the Indian market. The Lenovo-owned brand is expected to launch a new smartphone in the G-series soon. The G85 5G was spotted on the European retailer’s website last week. Now, it has surfaced on the Geekbench benchmarking platform revealing some of the hardware specifications. The upcoming offering will arrive as the successor to the last year’s Moto G84 5G.

Moto G85 5G appears on Geekbench

The Moto G85 5G is listed with a motherboard codenamed ‘malmo’. The octa-core setup comprises of six cores clocked at 2.02GHz and two cores ticking at 2.30GHz. There is an Adreno 619 GPU. The processor seems to be an unannounced one and is speculated to be the Qualcomm Snapdragon 4 Gen 3. Because the GPU is found on the Snapdragon 695 and 480 with different clock speeds. 

The Moto G85 5G is listed with 8GB RAM. It runs on Android 14 OS out of the box. In the Geekbench’s single-core and multi-core test results, the smartphone scores 939 and 2,092 points respectively. The benchmarking database does not reveal any additional information about the smartphone. 

As per the retailer listing, the Moto G85 5G could be available in 12GB + 256GB RAM and storage variant. It will be priced at approximately €300 which is the same as its predecessor. 

To recall, the Moto G84 5G (review) has a 6.55-inch FHD+ pOLED display with a 120Hz refresh rate. There is a 50MP OIS main camera with an 8MP ultra-wide-angle lens. The smartphone is powered by Snapdragon 695 and backed by a 5,000mAh battery with support for 30W charging.

The Moto G85 5G was recently listed on a European retailer’s website, indicating that the launch could be near. As per the listing, the device is priced at approximately €300 for the 12GB+256GB version, matching the initial price of its predecessor, the Moto G84 5G.

Motorola has not yet officially announced the Moto G85 5G, but the appearance of the smartphone in retail listings suggests a potential release in the second half of 2024. We can take a look at its predecessor to get an idea of what we can expect from the Moto G85 5G.
