Vivo‘s next-gen flagship foldable smartphone will be launching in India soon. The company released the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro in China back in March. The company previously confirmed that the device is heading to the Indian market, and now, we have an official launch date.
Vivo X Fold 3 Pro India Launch Date
The Vivo X Fold 3 Pro was teased via a Flipkart microsite but a recent sighting confirmed its Amazon availability as well. Vivo’s upcoming foldable phone will be announced in India on 6th June 2024, which is in line with one of our previous reports. For those unaware, this is also the first ever foldable smartphone from Vivo that is making its way to the global market.
One of its highlighting aspects is that it’s the slimmest foldable phone, measuring just 11.2mm in thickness when folded. It sports a tall 8.03-inch main AMOLED display, while the cover panel is a 6.53-inch panel. Under the hood, it is equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC and is powered by a large 5,700mAh battery pack that supports 100W wired fast charging and 50W wireless fast charging.
For optics, it features a triple camera setup on the rear with a 50-megapixel primary with OIS, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide angle lens, and a 64-megapixel telephoto shooter with 3x optical zoom. Notably, the Vivo X Fold 3 Pro cameras come with ZEISS lenses and feature lightweight carbon fiber hinge for its folding mechanism.
