Samsung users were left with a bad taste in their mouths following the release of the One UI 5.1 upgrade in February of this year. While the update brought with it some exciting features, many Galaxy handset owners experienced a major issue with their devices’ battery health. Reports started coming in from users who had updated to One UI 5.1 and had noticed a significant decline in their smartphones’ battery life. Some even reported odd heating issues that were more widespread among Samsung Galaxy S21 and S22 series users.

Upon investigation, Samsung confirmed that it was indeed the Samsung Keyboard app that was causing the battery drain. According to the company, the app was using more battery than usual due to an “additional qualifying process (related to stickers and emojis).” While the exact details of this process remain unclear, Samsung has rolled out an update to address the issue.

For those who haven’t yet received the update, fear not. Samsung apps have an auto-update feature that keeps them up to date automatically. If you suspect that your Samsung Keyboard app isn’t up to date, simply head over to the Galaxy Store, navigate to Menu, select Updates, choose Samsung Keyboard, go to Settings, click About Samsung Keyboard, and tap on Update. With this simple fix, you can enjoy the benefits of One UI 5.1 without worrying about your device’s battery health.

It hasn’t been long since the official release of the Samsung Galaxy S23 Ultra smartphone. We recently discovered a strange OIS-related problem on the smartphone. Regardless, the manufacturer has begun releasing the S23 Ultra device’s first firmware update. The most recent update adds a security patch for February 2023 to the device, as well as other minor tweaks. For the issues reported by the reviewers, the update may contain a fix.

The Samsung Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+, and Galaxy S23 Ultra are receiving the February 2023 security patch. The most recent update has the build number S91xBXXU1AWBD. The latest update is currently being rolled out to European variants of the smartphone. Other regional versions should receive the update soon. The update is usually released to all global regions within a few days. Unlocked smartphones will receive updates ahead of carrier-locked models, particularly in the United States. The most recent update is 567MB in size.

If you have a Galaxy S23 series phone and live in Europe, you can now check for the most recent update by navigating to Settings » Software update and choosing Download and install. If you haven’t yet received the update, we advise you to give it a few more days before downloading it to your smartphone manually. It can take some time for all devices to get the update because it is being rolled out in stages.

The user interface and performance are also expected to be enhanced with the new update. This will speed up the phone’s performance and make it more responsive to user input, making it simpler to use. Additionally, the update is anticipated to feature security upgrades that will protect the device and user data from malicious assaults and other security risks. So that was all there was to the subject. Many thanks for reading this post all the way through.

Samsung recently unveiled One UI 5.1, which is based on Android 13. It was released alongside the Galaxy S23 smartphone series. The S23 series was the first device to ship with One UI 5.1. Soon after, the company began rapidly rolling out the update to millions of handsets. However, not everything goes smoothly when updates are provided very frequently, and One UI 5.1 is no exception. Following the new One UI 5.1 upgrade, some Galaxy handsets are apparently experiencing battery health issues.

The latest One UI 5.1 update has some major battery-related issues. Some users on the brand’s official forum have stated that after updating to One UI 5.1, their devices’ battery life has declined significantly. Multiple individuals on various social media platforms have also noticed the same problem. Following the newest update, some users observed odd heating on their smartphones. And it came as a major surprise to us when we discovered that these issues are more widespread among users of the Samsung Galaxy S21 and S22 series. The SamMobile states that their readers reported the same problem to them.

There have been no clear reports of what is causing the device to heat up and consume the battery. However, it is apparent that the recent One UI 5.1 version has certain flaws because no battery-related concerns were reported by consumers before the update. According to a Reddit user, official Samsung apps such as the Samsung keyboard use batteries at an alarming pace. The problem has been reported to the company numerous times, but no clear troubleshooting or appropriate answer has been offered by the brand as of yet. This is a significant letdown for the brand’s flagship smartphone owners.

Samsung has yet to officially address this issue, although it is possible that it is related to hardware compatibility difficulties, with some components within these devices not working well together while operating on One UI 5.1 software updates. Unfortunately, we won’t know what caused this drop in battery performance until Samsung issues an official comment. So that was all we had to cover up regarding the issues reported by One UI 5.1 users. If you’re a One UI 5.1 user, then kindly let us know if the issue is present on your device as well or not. Thanks a lot for reading the post.

Samsung had introduced its new feature, named “Image Clipper.” The Samsung Galaxy S23 series is where the following feature was first introduced. Users of Samsung Galaxy phones will be able to quickly copy and paste images from any videos or photos using this feature. This feature will be accessible on a number of Samsung’s most recent Galaxy devices, according to a report hovering online.

The Galaxy S20, S21, and S22 series, the Galaxy Note 20 and Note 20 Ultra, the Galaxy Z Fold 2, Z Fold 3, and Z Fold 4, as well as the Galaxy Z Flip and Z Flip 5G, the Galaxy Z Flip 3, and the Galaxy Z Flip 4, will all receive the Image Clipper feature, according to a report from GaryeonHan. This implies that the new capability will be available to millions of Samsung users globally. The OneUI 5.1 update will include the following feature.

One UI 5.1 introduced a tonne of new functionality, including Image Clipper. The upgrade is extremely feature-rich for what it is, even though it is an incremental one after One UI 5.0. The report further mentions that the selected Samsung Galaxy tablets may also get the update in the upcoming days.

Expert RAW, improved Photo Remaster, Multi Control, independent backgrounds for Modes and Routines, and new lock screen personalization choices are just a few of the many new features included in One UI 5.1. New search capabilities in the Gallery app let you locate people by tapping their faces. Additionally, Spotify playlists and tracks can now be recommended using the Smart Suggestions widget. That was all there was to say about the Image Clipper feature. Please leave a comment below with your thoughts on this to let us know what you think. Many thanks for reading this post all the way through.

The long-awaited Valentine’s Day is finally here, and many people have been looking forward to it. Anyway, tech giant Samsung has now sent its more than 100 million smartphone users around the world a Valentine’s Day gift. This year, an early Valentine’s present will be given to more than 100 million Galaxy smartphone owners worldwide, according to Samsung. The gift is a software upgrade that gives the devices a range of new features and enhancements. Yes, you heard it right.

Samsung started rolling out the latest OneUI 5.1 update for a bunch of its smartphones including the Galaxy S20 series, S21 series and a few others. The update features a number of camera improvements, including a new portrait mode that makes use of artificial intelligence to produce bokeh effects that look more realistic. New capabilities for the camera app include the ability to take films in Pro mode and a new shutter speed adjustment option. Here’s the list of the device which has grabbed the OneUI 5.1 update recently:

Samsung Galaxy S20, S20+, S20 Ultra and S20 FE

Samsung Galaxy S21, S21+, S21 Ultra and S21 FE

Samsung Galaxy S22, S22+and S22 Ultra

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold3 and Z Flip3

Samsung Galaxy Z Fold4 and Z Flip4

Improved privacy and security are other key components of the upgrade. Samsung has added new privacy controls that let users better manage their app permissions and limit the data that apps may access. This contains a new function that notifies users when an app is using their camera or microphone as well as the capacity to revoke rights from apps that are no longer in use.

The update also includes a number of other enhancements and additions, including new customizations for the always-on display, enhanced quick settings, and a new choice to restrict incoming calls and messages while playing video games. So that was all we had to cover up regarding the rollout of the latest OneUI 5.1 update to hosts of Samsung devices. What do you think about this?
There have been strong rumours on the internet that the Samsung Galaxy S23 series will launch officially on February 1st, 2023. The lineup will include three different smartphones; the Galaxy S23, Galaxy S23+ and Galaxy S23 Ultra. The promotional images of two of the devices from the lineup were previously leaked. Well, out of nowhere, sudden news has started appearing online that claims that the brand could also their the OneUI 5.1 alongside the S23 lineup in the same event.

According to reports, Samsung is internally testing the One UI 5.1 update for the Galaxy S22, S22+, and S22 Ultra with firmware version S90xEXXU2CVL7. The test firmware was discovered on Samsung’s servers and could be issued to the Galaxy S22 series a few days after the Galaxy S23 series is released. According to Samsung’s usual strategy, One UI 5.1 will be released first on the Galaxy S23 series. The latest software skin is expected to bring some minor changes as we are not really expecting some major changes in the software as of now.

While it is unclear what features One UI 5.1 may provide. However, a few months ago, the company revealed that it has reserved some lock screen customization capabilities for One UI 5.1, which will be based on Android 13. We’d like to see the company implement Android 13’s new media player widget design in the notifications area, as well as the predictive back gesture, partial screen mirroring, and taskbar improvements. The brand may also do some under-the-hood changes to bring a smoother and more user-friendly experience.
