The last model appears like a low-end model that could probably end up as Oppo Reno Youth or Lite. It features a 6.5-inch IPS LCD waterdrop-style notched display with full HD+ resolution, 2.1 GHz octa-core processor (could be Helio P70), up to 6 GB of RAM, up to 128 GB of storage, Android 9 Pie OS, 16-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual camera, 16-megapixel selfie camera, around 4,000mAh battery and a rear-facing fingerprint reader.

The PCAM00 / PCAT00 model has 6.4-inch full HD+ AMOLED notch-less display with in-screen fingerprint sensor. It is powered by 2.2 GHz octa-core processor and up to 8 GB of RAM. It features up to 256 GB of native storage. For photography, it features 48-megapixel + 5-megapixel dual camera on its rear and an LED assisted 16-megapixel selfie camera placed in a pop-up camera module. Its packed with a 3,680mAh battery with support for rapid charging technology.

The OPPO PCGM00 / PCGM00 features a slightly bigger 6.5-inch AMOLED notch-less display and 16-megapixel + 2-megapixel dual camera, but rest of the specs are identical with PCAM00 / PCAT00 model. Hence, at least one or both PCAM00 / PCAT00 and PCGM00 / PCGT00 could be both powered by Snapdragon 710 SoC. This model is expected to colors like Extreme Night Black, Mist Pink, Fog Sea Green and Nebula Purple. The smartphone is now up for reservations in China through its official online shop.

TENAA has now updated the listing, thereby giving us an early look at the design.

[envira-gallery id=”244598″]

The OPPO Reno Lite has a large 6.5-inch display. We brightened up the photo of the front and was able to see it has a notch for the selfie camera. The rear of the device is home to dual cameras (16MP + 2MP) positioned in the middle of the device and stacked on top of each other. There is an LED flash below the sensors while a fingerprint scanner comes next.

The Reno Lite will not only be missing out on the pop-up selfie camera action. It will also not have an in-display fingerprint scanner. Nevertheless, it should be the cheapest model.

TENAA has also updated the memory configuration of the phone. Now both the PCAT10 and PCAM10 network variants will come in 4GB RAM + 64GB and 6GB RAM + 128GB versions. The listing says the phone will come in black but the images are of a blue-green variant.

However, a trademark application filed at the European Union Intellectual Property Office a few weeks ago revealed the Reno will have five versions. One of them is the Reno Lite which has now been spotted on TENAA, complete with full specs.

The Reno Lite with model numbers PCAT10 and PCAM10 has a 6.5-inch display with a 1080 x 2340 resolution. It is powered by a 2.1GHz octa-core processor said to be MediaTek’s Helio P70 chipset. The PCAM10 version has 4GB of RAM and 128GB of storage while the PCAT10 version will come in 4GB and 6GB variants with 128GB of storage. There is support for storage expansion (256GB max.).

There are three cameras in total on the device – dual 16MP + 2MP sensors on the rear and another 16MP selfie camera. There are no images yet, so we can’t confirm if it is a pop-up selfie camera like that of its siblings.

TENAA says the phone has a fingerprint scanner but since there are no images, we don’t know its position. Anyway, since this is a lite version, we expect a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor.

The Reno Lite has a 3,910mAh battery and runs Android 9 Pie. It measures 162 x 76.1 x 8.3 millimeters, weighs 190 grams and will be available in black. Once TENAA updates the listing with images, we will update the post.

Yesterday, the Snapdragon 710 version of the phone was seen on TENAA too.
The video begins by showcasing the rear design of the OPPO Reno. The back panel of the phone is equipped with two vertically arranged cameras. Hence, it could be the Snapdragon 710 edition of the OPPO Reno. Some rumors are claiming that it could be called OPPO Reno Lite. The dual camera setup of the phone will comprise of 48-megapixel Sony IMX586 primary sensor and a 5-megapixel depth sensor.

When the pop-out module reverts back to its place, the earpiece which remains visible on the frame of the device will continue to product sound.

There is no rear-facing fingerprint scanner on the phone because it will come embedded under its OLED screen. The Snapdragon 855 edition of the phone will have a tripe camera that will include a 48-megapixel sensor, an 8-megapixel lens and a 13-megapixel sensor that will bring support for 10x hybrid zoom.
