OPPO will debuting the OPPO Reno smartphone on April 10. The handset will be releasing in Snapdragon 710 and Snapdragon 855 chipset variants. Also, the SD855 model will be also available in 4G LTE and 5G-ready versions. Ahead of the April 10 launch, the Oppo Reno smartphone seems to have appeared with full specifications on TENAA. Also, the same moniker along with CPH1917 has also been approved by Thailand’s NBTC body. Previously, the CPH1917 model number was approved as Oppo Reno by Singapore’s IMDA authority.

On TENAA, a new phone with model number PCAT00 / PCAM00 has appeared with full specifications. However, its images are yet to be revealed on TENAA. The PCAT00 / PCAM00 Oppo phone was also approved by 3C authority of China earlier this month. The specs of the PCAT00 / PCAM00 smartphone matches with the details that were revealed through Bluetooth SIG approval of CPH1917 i.e. Snapdragon 710 edition of the Oppo Reno.

The dimensions of the Oppo Reno are 156.6 × 74.3 × 9mm and it weighs 185 grams. The TENAA listing reveals that it will be arriving in Pink Gold in the home market. It houses a 6.4-inch AMOLED display that supports full HD+ resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels. The case renders of the Oppo Reno have revealed that it will be featuring a notch-less screen. It will be also coming with an under-display fingerprint reader.

The 2.2 GHz octa-core processor mentioned in the TENAA listing for PCAT00 / PCAM00 is the Snapdragon 710 SoC. The rear side of the phone features 48-megapixel + 5-megapixel dual camera setup. Its selfie camera is of 16-megapixel will be placed in a unusually shaped triangle pop-up camera module along with LED flash.

The OPPO Reno Snapdragon 710 variant is fueled by 3,680mAh battery (minimum capacity) that will be equipped with VOOC 3.0 rapid charging. The Android 9 Pie OS with the ColorOS 6.0 will be preinstalled on the device. The 6 GB RAM variant of the phone may feature 128 GB of internal storage whereas the 8 GB RAM model will be equipped with 256 GB of native storage. The handset lacks support for expandable storage. As of this writing, there is no information on the price tag of OPPO Reno.
