The Honor 300 series, already teased, is expected to debut in early December. OnePlus also reportedly plans to reveal the Ace 5 series in December. Now, <a href="https://gizmochina.com/category/realme">Realme</a> has started teasing the arrival of its next GT Neo series phone, the Realme GT Neo 7.</p>

<h3><strong>Realme GT Neo 7 launching soon in China</strong></h3>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="784" height="706" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/image-166.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-661267" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/image-166.png 784w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/image-166-300x270.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/image-166-768x692.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/image-166-696x627.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/image-166-466x420.png 466w" sizes="(max-width: 784px) 100vw, 784px" /><figcaption>Realme GT Neo 7 series&#8217; teasers to begin next week</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>Realme Vice President and Global Marketing President Xu Qi’s latest Weibo post reveals that the company will start teasing a new Neo-branded phone starting next week. While he has not explicitly revealed the name of the device, he seems to be referring to the GT Neo 7 series. </p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="781" height="176" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/image-167.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-661268" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/image-167.png 781w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/image-167-300x68.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/image-167-768x173.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/image-167-696x157.png 696w" sizes="(max-width: 781px) 100vw, 781px" /></figure></div>

<p>Reliable tipster Digital Chat Station likely shared the above information in reference to an upcoming Realme phone, as evidenced by his use of a cat emoji. While he did not mention the name of the phone explicitly, it seems he is talking about the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/realme-gt-neo-7/">Realme GT Neo 7</a>.</p>

<p>As per the leak, the GT Neo 7 will pack a huge 7,000mAh battery. Despite packing a behemoth battery, the device maintains a relatively slim profile with a thickness of approximately 8.5mm. It promises a solid two-day battery life, setting a new benchmark for sub-flagship phones.</p>

<p>According to reports, the GT Neo 7 <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/11/21/upcoming-realme-gt-neo-7-to-feature-a-7000mah-battery-december-launch-tipped/">will launch in China in December</a>. The device is expected to feature an OLED panel with support for <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/10/04/realme-gt-neo-7-key-specifications-launch-timeframe-leak/">a 1.5K resolution</a>. Under the hood, it may feature the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-8-gen-3">Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Leading Version</a> chip and support <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/11/19/alleged-realme-gt-neo-7-3c-certified-in-china-may-launch-soon-with-overclocked-snapdragon-8-gen-3/">80W rapid charging</a>.</p>

<h3><strong>Realme GT Neo 7 series: What to expect?</strong></h3>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="850" height="259" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/image-151.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-661099" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/image-151.png 850w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/image-151-300x91.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/image-151-768x234.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/image-151-696x212.png 696w" sizes="(max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px" /></figure></div>

<p>According to tipster Smart Pikachu, the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/realme-gt-neo-7/">Realme GT Neo 7</a> series will be announced by the end of this year, indicating a <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/10/04/realme-gt-neo-7-key-specifications-launch-timeframe-leak/">December launch in China</a>. As can be seen above, renowned leaker Digital Chat Station has revealed the existence of the GT Neo 7 series.</p>

<p>The use of the word “series” suggests that the brand may launch two phones, likely the Realme GT Neo 7 and Neo 7 SE. While there are no major leaks about the SE model, the rumor mill has been consistently spilling details about the GT Neo 7.</p>

<p>The GT Neo 7 series, according to DCS, has the best performance scores, the longest battery life, and the most robust waterproof durability in its category, positioning it to dominate the mid-range market. When asked about the GT Neo 7 series’ battery, DCS said that it will feature the largest battery among the new smartphones in <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/10/14/upcoming-battle-redmi-k80-k8-pro-oneplus-ace-5-ace-5-pro-iqoo-neo-10-neo-10-pro-realme-gt-neo-7-launch-timeframe-tipped/">this wave of releases</a>.</p>

<p>So far, recent leaks have revealed that the GT Neo 7 will have a large-sized flat OLED panel that offers a 1.5K resolution. Under the hood, it is expected to feature the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/10/04/realme-gt-neo-7-key-specifications-launch-timeframe-leak/">Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Leading Version</a>, which is nothing but an overclocked edition of the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-8-gen-3">Snapdragon 8 Gen 3</a>.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="842" height="153" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/image-152.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-661100" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/image-152.png 842w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/image-152-300x55.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/image-152-768x140.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/image-152-696x126.png 696w" sizes="(max-width: 842px) 100vw, 842px" /></figure>

<p>According to Smart Pikachu, a phone boasting a 7,000mAh battery will make its debut in December. While the leaker did not reveal the name of the device, it seems that he could be talking about the GT Neo 7, which is expected to feature a very large battery.</p>

<p>The GT Neo 7, which reportedly bears the RMX5060 model number, has <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/11/19/alleged-realme-gt-neo-7-3c-certified-in-china-may-launch-soon-with-overclocked-snapdragon-8-gen-3/">bagged 3C certification in China</a>. The 3C listing has revealed that the device may support 80W rapid charging.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="233" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Realme-GT-Neo-7-3C-certification-1024x233.jpg?x44794" alt="Realme GT Neo 7 3C certification" class="wp-image-660746" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Realme-GT-Neo-7-3C-certification-1024x233.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Realme-GT-Neo-7-3C-certification-300x68.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Realme-GT-Neo-7-3C-certification-768x175.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Realme-GT-Neo-7-3C-certification-696x158.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Realme-GT-Neo-7-3C-certification-1068x243.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Realme-GT-Neo-7-3C-certification.jpg 1157w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /><figcaption>Alleged Realme GT Neo 7 3C certified in China</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>As seen in the above screenshot, the upcoming Realme RMX5060 phone has appeared with an 80W fast charging in 3C’s database. While there is no concrete evidence, rumors surrounding it claim that this device could be the GT Neo 7.</p>

<p>The device will arrive as the successor to <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/realme-gt-neo-6/">Realme GT Neo 6</a>, which debuted with the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-8s-gen-3">Snapdragon 8s Gen 3</a> chip onboard, earlier this year in China. To recall, the device came equipped with a 5,500mAh battery and 120W fast charging support. Speaking of the GT Neo 6 series, the company also unveiled the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3-powered <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/realme-gt-neo-6-se/">Realme GT Neo 6 SE</a> packed with a 5,500mAh battery and 100W charging in China earlier this year.</p>

<p>Reports suggest that the Realme GT Neo 7 will come equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Leading Version, which is nothing but an overclocked version of the regular <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-8-gen-3">Snapdragon 8 Gen 3</a>. With this chip onboard, the device is expected to rival upcoming phones, such as Redmi K80 and iQOO Neo 10, which are expected to feature the SD8G3 chip, as well as the OnePlus Ace 5, which comes equipped with the overlocked SD8G3.</p>

<p>Other reports have revealed that the Realme GT Neo 7 is expected to feature an OLED panel with support for a <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/10/14/upcoming-battle-redmi-k80-k8-pro-oneplus-ace-5-ace-5-pro-iqoo-neo-10-neo-10-pro-realme-gt-neo-7-launch-timeframe-tipped/">1.5K resolution</a>, a 120Hz refresh rate, and an optical in-screen fingerprint sensor. It is also expected to feature a dedicated chip for enhanced graphics. The reduction in charging capabilities compared to the previous generation suggests that the GT Neo 7 may pack a larger silicon carbon battery.</p>

<p>In this month, Vivo and Oppo will launch the Dimensity 9400-powered Vivo X200 series and the Oppo Find X8 lineup. By the end of the month, other brands will unveil the Snapdragon 8 Elite-powered flagships, such as the Xiaomi 15 series, OnePlus 13, Honor Magic 7 series, and iQOO 13. A new leak by tipster Smart Pikachu suggests that sub-flagship phones from <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/redmi">Redmi</a>, <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/oneplus">OnePlus</a>, <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/iqoo">iQOO</a>, and <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/realme">Realme</a> will launch in China in November and December of this year. Here’s a look at the details shared by the tipster.</p>

<h3><strong>Launch timeframe for upcoming sub-flagship phones tipped</strong></h3>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full is-style-default"><img loading="lazy" width="973" height="513" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/image-44.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-654933" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/image-44.png 973w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/image-44-300x158.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/image-44-768x405.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/image-44-696x367.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/image-44-797x420.png 797w" sizes="(max-width: 973px) 100vw, 973px" /></figure>

<p>According to the tipster, the Redmi K80 with the S<a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-8-gen-3">napdragon 8 Gen 3</a> chip features a 2K flat OLED display and is expected to be a price killer. Competitors such as the OnePlus Ace 5, Realme GT Neo 7, and iQOO Neo 10 are also equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 and feature OLED panels that offer a resolution of 1.5K.</p>

<p>The Redmi K80 Pro, powered by the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-8-elite">Snapdragon 8 Elite</a>, will feature a 2K flat OLED screen, an ultrasonic in-screen fingerprint sensor, and wireless charging. The OnePlus Ace 5 Pro and <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/08/20/iqoo-neo-10-neo-10-pro-leak-reveals-snapdragon-8-gen-3-dimensity-9400-metal-middle-frame-and-more/">iQOO Neo 10 Pro</a> will come with the Snapdragon 8 Elite and <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/dimensity-9400">Dimensity 9400</a>, respectively. The displays on these phones will support a 1.5K resolution, and they are also said to pack larger batteries.</p>

<p>Other reports have revealed that the Realme GT Neo 7 will have an overclocked version of the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. Reports also suggest that it supports 100W charging. The Neo 10 series is expected to <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/08/20/iqoo-neo-10-neo-10-pro-leak-reveals-snapdragon-8-gen-3-dimensity-9400-metal-middle-frame-and-more/">pack 6,000mAh+ silicon batteries</a> with support for over 100W charging.</p>

<p>The OnePlus Ace 5 series may <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/09/27/oneplus-ace-5-pro-ace-5-6500mah-battery-size-leak/">feature 6,500mAh silicon batteries</a> and support 100W charging. According to reports, the Redmi K80 Pro will come with a 6,000mAh battery that supports 100W charging and wireless charging. Last year, the Redmi K70 and K70 Pro packed the same 5,000mAh battery. Therefore, it is uncertain if the Redmi K80 will have a 6,000mAh battery similar to its Pro version. Since these are sub-flagship phones, they are inclined to deliver better performance for gaming and are unlikely to feature top-notch specs like their flagship counterparts launching in October.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/realme">Realme</a> is expected to unveil two major smartphones in the Chinese market this year. The first one is the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/realme-gt-7-pro">Realme GT 7 Pro</a>, which is expected to feature the next-generation Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 chip. It is expected to go official in November. Fresh leaks suggest that the brand is also working on the Realme GT Neo 7. Here is a look at the key specifications and launch timeframe of the device.</p>

<h3><strong>Realme GT Neo 7 specifications, (rumored)</strong></h3>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full is-style-default"><img loading="lazy" width="976" height="223" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/image-13.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-653655" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/image-13.png 976w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/image-13-300x69.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/image-13-768x175.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/image-13-696x159.png 696w" sizes="(max-width: 976px) 100vw, 976px" /></figure>

<p>According to tipster Smart Pikachu, the Realme GT Neo 7 will feature a 1.5K resolution flat display, designed to enhance the gaming experience. Under the hood, the GT Neo 7 will be powered by an overclocked version of the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-8-gen-3">Snapdragon 8 Gen 3</a>. Although it is not clearly mentioned in the leak, it appears that the phone may include a dedicated chip for improved graphics performance in gaming. Additionally, the leak indicates that the GT Neo 7 will support 100W fast charging.</p>

<h3><strong>Realme GT Neo 7 price hint, launch timeframe, rivals (rumored)</strong></h3>

<p>The tipster has dubbed the Realme GT Neo 7 a &#8220;price killer&#8221; and anticipates its launch by the end of the year. According to tipster Digital Chat Station’s recent Weibo post, most smartphones powered by the Snapdragon 8 Gen 4 are expected to come with increased price tags. He added that customers interested in phones primarily for their features, performance, and display should consider waiting for the affordable flagships that will feature previous-generation chipsets.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full is-style-default"><img loading="lazy" width="980" height="216" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/image-12.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-653654" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/image-12.png 980w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/image-12-300x66.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/image-12-768x169.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/image-12-696x153.png 696w" sizes="(max-width: 980px) 100vw, 980px" /></figure>

<p>The Realme GT Neo 7, now expected to launch in December 2024, may compete with the iQOO Neo 10 Pro, OnePlus Ace 5 Pro, and Redmi K80. Among these, the Redmi K80 is anticipated to be unveiled in November.</p>
