As seen in the above screenshot, the upcoming Realme RMX5060 phone has appeared with an 80W fast charging in 3C’s database. While there is no concrete evidence, rumors surrounding it claim that this device could be the GT Neo 7.

The device will arrive as the successor to Realme GT Neo 6, which debuted with the Snapdragon 8s Gen 3 chip onboard, earlier this year in China. To recall, the device came equipped with a 5,500mAh battery and 120W fast charging support. Speaking of the GT Neo 6 series, the company also unveiled the Snapdragon 7+ Gen 3-powered Realme GT Neo 6 SE packed with a 5,500mAh battery and 100W charging in China earlier this year.

Reports suggest that the Realme GT Neo 7 will come equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Leading Version, which is nothing but an overclocked version of the regular Snapdragon 8 Gen 3. With this chip onboard, the device is expected to rival upcoming phones, such as Redmi K80 and iQOO Neo 10, which are expected to feature the SD8G3 chip, as well as the OnePlus Ace 5, which comes equipped with the overlocked SD8G3.

Other reports have revealed that the Realme GT Neo 7 is expected to feature an OLED panel with support for a 1.5K resolution, a 120Hz refresh rate, and an optical in-screen fingerprint sensor. It is also expected to feature a dedicated chip for enhanced graphics. The reduction in charging capabilities compared to the previous generation suggests that the GT Neo 7 may pack a larger silicon carbon battery.
