The tablet which was recently announced in the US is touted as the company’s biggest, boldest, and most versatile tablet yet. The Galaxy Tab S8 series is an inclusive, portable productivity powerhouse that will serve a vast segment of the consumer base due to its versatility and multiple functionalities. Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 series comes well kitted with its versatility as a tool for study, remote work, personal entertainment, and communication with loved ones and business contacts seamlessly and enjoyably. Samsung assures its consumers of having a great user experience with the Galaxy Tab S8. It offers a wide array of multitasking features, sophisticated hardware, and powerful applications that provides an all-around user experience.

The expansive 14.6-inch screen of the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra is a super AMOLED display with 120Hz refresh rate. It has very slim bezels at 6.3mm and offers a truly immersive experience for users. The Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra is also quite rugged and durable with its Armor Aluminum frame which is sufficiently scratch-resistant and less prone to bending than the Galaxy Tab S7. The powerful dual 12MP front cameras are capable of advanced auto-framing and 4K video recording. This enables the user to capture high-quality videos during video calls or recordings using the camera.

The Galaxy Tab S8 series offer extended gaming capability with its pretty fast 4nm chip. Added to that is the integrated S Pen functionality also present with the Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra and S8+. The innovative S Pen in the models uses a prediction algorithm for ultra-low latency in writing. The series also supports Wi-Fi 6E which is premiered in the Galaxy lineup with the Tab S8 series. The battery of the tablet is also impressive, offering up to 24 hours of activity, together with 45W super-fast charging available.

There are a few color configurations available for the three models in the Galaxy Tab S8 lineup in India. As per pricing, the 12GB/256GB Galaxy Tab S8 Ultra is priced at Rs. 108,999 (~$1,460) for the model with Wi-Fi and Rs. 122,999 (~$1,647) for the 5G variant. The Galaxy Tab S8 goes for Rs. 58,999 (~$790)/ Rs. 70,999 (~$950) while the Tab S8+ is priced at Rs. 74,999 (~$1,004)/ Rs. 87,999 ($1,178) for the Wi-Fi and 5G variant respectively. The preorder of the models will be between February 22 and March 10, 2022, via Samsung’s website and other authorized dealers. There is a raft of incentives available for early buyers of the tablets.

Samsung is expected to launch the Galaxy Tab S8 series soon as the device was leaked several times on the Internet. Recently, the Tab S8 Ultra’s entire specs sheet got revealed, while the vanilla Tab S8 showed in a few documentations. With most of the details revealed, the major things left to learn were the pricing and the launch date. Now, a new report from appuals, reveals the pricing of the Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 lineup keeping nothing in question.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Series Pricing 

The Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 series will come in two versions – Wi-Fi and 5G. The series will comprise the vanilla Tab S8, Tab S8+, and Tab S8 Ultra. It will arrive in Grey, Silver, and Pink Gold colors. Following are the prices.

1. Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 

• 8GB RAM + 128GB (Wi-Fi)  – EU 680 – 700
• 8GB RAM + 256GB (Wi-Fi) – EU 730 – 850
• 8GB RAM + 128GB (5G) – EU 830 – 850
• 8GB RAM + 256GB (5G) – EU 880 – 900

2. Samsung Galaxy Tab S8+

The publication doesn’t list the pricing of the 12GB RAM and 512GB variant.

Samsung Galaxy Tab S8 Live Images & Specs 

In addition to this, the SAMMobile reveals that Samsung has started the regulatory filings of the Tab S8 series and while they do, the publication has managed to obtain some images.

These images show the front design of the tablets. As per previous reports, the vanilla Tab S8 will feature an 11-inch IPS LCD display with a 120Hz refresh rate and sport a resolution of 1600 x 2560 pixels.

On the other hand, The S8+ is touted to have a 12.4-inch AMOLED panel with the same 120Hz refresh rate and 2K resolution. Lastly, the Tab S8 Ultra will sport a large 14.6-inch AMOLED display with again the 120Hz refresh rate but a higher 3K resolution.

The Tab S8 and Tab S8+ may come with a Snapdragon 888 SoC, while the Tab S8 Ultra may have the powerful Snapdragon 8 Gen 1 SoC. The vanilla Tab S8 is expected to have a small 8,000mAh battery, whereas, the Tab S8+ could house a 10,090mAh-cell, and the S8 Ultra is rumored to have a monster 11,200mAh battery.
