<p>In an exciting development, especially for European <a href="http://gizmochina.com/category/samsung">Samsung</a> users, the company has launched its highly anticipated Self-Repair program in nine European countries. Following a successful debut in <a href="http://gizmochina.com/tag/korea">Korea</a>, this expansion enables Galaxy customers in Belgium, France, Germany, Italy, Netherlands, Poland, Spain, Sweden, and the UK to take care of their device repair on their own terms.</p>

<h3>Multiple components of devices such as Galaxy S20, S21 and S22 Series can be self-replaced </h3>

<p>By offering repair kits and authentic Samsung parts, the <a href="http://gizmochina.com/tag/samsung-self-repair-program">Self-Repair program</a> allows users to maintain a healthy lifespan of their devices through proper maintenance. Galaxy owners can now enjoy an optimized experience on their devices for longer periods of time. The program covers the popular <a href="http://gizmochina.com/product/samsung-galaxy-s2-">Galaxy S20</a>, <a href="http://gizmochina.com/product/samsung-galaxy-s21/">S21</a>, and<a href="http://gizmochina.com/product/samsung-galaxy-s22/"> S22</a> series, as well as the <a href="http://gizmochina.com/tag/samsung-galaxy-book-pro">Galaxy Book Pro</a> and <a href="http://gizmochina.com/product/samsung-galaxy-book-pro-360">Galaxy Book Pro 360.</a> Samsung&#8217;s commitment to enhancing user experience and device longevity is evident in their statement. TM Roh, President and Head of Mobile eXperience Business at Samsung Electronics, stated, &#8220;We are dedicated to scaling access to our Self-Repair program worldwide while simultaneously improving our products&#8217; repairability.&#8221;</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="410" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/Self-Repair-in-Europe-News-Body-1024x410.jpg?x10805" alt="Samsung" class="wp-image-545659" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/Self-Repair-in-Europe-News-Body-1024x410.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/Self-Repair-in-Europe-News-Body-300x120.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/Self-Repair-in-Europe-News-Body-768x307.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/Self-Repair-in-Europe-News-Body-696x278.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/Self-Repair-in-Europe-News-Body-1068x427.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/Self-Repair-in-Europe-News-Body-1050x420.jpg 1050w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/06/Self-Repair-in-Europe-News-Body.jpg 1440w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure></div>

<p>Originally introduced in the <a href="http://gizmochina.com/tag/united-states">United States</a> in 2022, the Self-Repair program&#8217;s expansion into Europe involves strategic deals with prominent smartphone parts distributors in the region. Major partners include ASWO, a leading Germany-based after-sales service and electronics specialist for Europe, and 2Service, a Dutch electronics parts supplier and Samsung authorized distributor.</p>

<p>Galaxy users in <a href="http://gizmochina.com/tag/europe">Europe</a> can now replace essential components themselves, such as phone screens, back glass, and charging ports for the Galaxy S20, S21, and S22 series. Additionally, Galaxy Book Pro series owners gain access to seven genuine parts, including the case front, case rear, display, battery, touchpad, power key with fingerprint reader, and rubber feet. Customers will receive the necessary repair tools and retain them for future use, ensuring a convenient and hassle-free experience whenever repairs are needed.</p>

<p>Samsung&#8217;s future plans for the Self-Repair program involve expanding the range of supported devices, providing additional repair tools and manuals, and exploring new markets. By doing so, Samsung aims to empower Galaxy customers with a wider array of options to repair their technology and reduce their environmental impact.</p>

<p>For more information on Samsung&#8217;s Self-Repair program, Samsung.com offers a detailed set of resources and guidance on maintaining and repairing their <a href="http://gizmochina.com/tag/galaxy">Galaxy</a> devices. With this innovative initiative, the South Korean tech giant continues to redefine the face of consumer electronics.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/samsung/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Samsung </a>has expanded its self repair program to include new devices on its supported list. Now, the company&#8217;s 2022 flagship <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/samsung-galaxy-s22-series/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Galaxy S22 series </a>and a certain models of the Galaxy Book have been added to this program.</p>

<p>For those unaware, the South Korean tech giant had started a self repair initiative that it had created by joining hands with iFixit, which provides the tools and guides online for those that wish to conduct repairs on their own. So now, one can order repair kits for the 15 inch models of the Galaxy Book Pro and even the Galaxy Book Pro 360 variant. The list of supported PC repairs includes the display, battery, touchpad, case (both front and rear), power key with fingerprint reader, and rubber foot.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large is-resized"><img loading="lazy" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/ked202202100001.1076x.0-1024x721.jpg?x10805" alt="Samsung" class="wp-image-509255" width="645" height="453" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/ked202202100001.1076x.0-1024x721.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/ked202202100001.1076x.0-300x211.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/ked202202100001.1076x.0-768x541.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/ked202202100001.1076x.0-696x490.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/ked202202100001.1076x.0-1068x752.jpg 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/ked202202100001.1076x.0-596x420.jpg 596w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/ked202202100001.1076x.0-100x70.jpg 100w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2023/01/ked202202100001.1076x.0.jpg 1076w" sizes="(max-width: 645px) 100vw, 645px" /></figure></div>

<p>Apart from this, the major addition to this self repair program is undoubtedly the Galaxy S22 series. Owners of the 2022 flagship Galaxy phones can now order repair kits for the Galaxy S22, Galaxy S22+, and even their Galaxy S22 Ultra models. These repair kits will help customers replace display assemblies, rear glass, and charging ports on your smartphones. With this updated list, the Galaxy S22 lineup joins its predecessors like the Galaxy S20, Galaxy S21, and even the Galaxy Tab S7+.</p>

<p>Furthermore, the new kits still include a free return label to help customers send used parts to Samsung for recycling. All of these are kits are already available as of earlier this week. If this program seems familiar, it is likely because of Apple also offering a similar initiative that allows its customers to perform repairs at home through self repair kits.</p>
