Major partners include ASWO, a leading Germany-based after-sales service and electronics specialist for Europe, and 2Service, a Dutch electronics parts supplier and Samsung authorized distributor.

Galaxy users in Europe can now replace essential components themselves, such as phone screens, back glass, and charging ports for the Galaxy S20, S21, and S22 series. Additionally, Galaxy Book Pro series owners gain access to seven genuine parts, including the case front, case rear, display, battery, touchpad, power key with fingerprint reader, and rubber feet. Customers will receive the necessary repair tools and retain them for future use, ensuring a convenient and hassle-free experience whenever repairs are needed.
