A new report by <em><a href="https://xiaomiui.net/xiaomi-12-lite-and-xiaomi-12-lite-zoom-leaked-with-all-details-951/">Xiaomiui.net</a> </em>has revealed that the Xiaomi 12 family includes two ‘Lite’ branded models such as Xiaomi 12 Lite and Xiaomi 12 Lite Zoom. The publication has shared key details of these smartphones.</p>
<h3><strong>Xiaomi 12 Lite specifications (rumored)</strong></h3>
<p>According to the publication, the Xiaomi 12 Lite is codenamed as ‘Taoyao’ and its shortened model number is L9. Its global variant with 2203129G model number and India edition with 2203129I have appeared at the IMEI database recently.</p>
<figure id="attachment_415884" aria-describedby="caption-attachment-415884" style="width: 1314px" class="wp-caption aligncenter"><img loading="lazy" class="size-full wp-image-415884" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/specs_01.png?x44794" alt="Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G" width="1314" height="724" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/specs_01.png 1314w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/specs_01-300x165.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/specs_01-768x423.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/specs_01-1024x564.png 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/specs_01-696x383.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/specs_01-1068x588.png 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/09/specs_01-762x420.png 762w" sizes="(max-width: 1314px) 100vw, 1314px" /><figcaption id="caption-attachment-415884" class="wp-caption-text">Xiaomi 11 Lite NE 5G</figcaption></figure>
<p>The Xiaomi 12 Lite is expected to arrive with a 6.55-inch AMOLED Full HD display that offers a 120Hz refresh rate and an in-screen fingerprint scanner. The device may sport a curved edge display like the China-exclusive <a href="https://www.gizmohina.com/product/xiaomi-civi">Xiaomi Civ</a>i, which debuted in September this year.  The Xiaomi 12 Lite could be powered by the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-778G">Snapdragon 778G</a> or Snapdragon 780G. Its rear-facing triple camera unit may feature a 64-megapixel Samsung GW3 lens. It will be accompanied by a wide-angle lens and a macro camera.</p>
<h3><strong>Xiaomi 12 Lite Zoom </strong><strong>specifications (rumored)</strong></h3>
<p>The Xiaomi 12 Lite Zoom is said to have a ‘Zijin’ codename and L9B shortened model number. It is likely to arrive as a China-exclusive device. The reason behind it is that only the Chinese variant of the phone with 2203129BC has been spotted at the IMEI database.</p>
<p>Leaked information reveals that the Xiaomi 12 Lite Zoom will feature a 6.55-inch AMOLED FHD+ 120Hz display with curved edges and an in-screen fingerprint scanner. It will come with Snapdragon 778G or <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-780G">Snapdragon 780G</a> and a 64-megapixel Samsung GW3 triple camera unit with a wide-angle and a telephoto lens.</p>
<p>Xiaomi 12 Lite series is likely to look similar to the Xiaomi Civi handset. It can be said based on its model numbers that both models may debut in March 2023. The lineup may come preinstalled with Android 12 based MIUI 13.</p>

<p><img loading="lazy" class="size-full wp-image-399775 aligncenter" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/07/Screenshot-342.png?x44794" alt="Snapdragon 780G" width="663" height="298" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/07/Screenshot-342.png 663w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/07/Screenshot-342-300x135.png 300w" sizes="(max-width: 663px) 100vw, 663px" /></p>
<p>Known Weibo blogger, a Chinese microblogging website, @数码闲聊站 (digital chat station) had recently shared a post on the social media platform. In this, he stated that he expects a wave of new smartphones will launch that feature the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-778g/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Snapdragon 778G</a> SoC. However, he said that no new device with the Snapdragon 780G is expected to launch due to limited supply and further added that the issue might also affect the production of the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-mi-11-lite/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite</a> as well.</p>
<p>To this online post, the product director of Xiaomi, Wang Teng added that the chipset from Qualcomm is in short supply due to its limited production capacity at the moment. Although, the Chinese tech giant&#8217;s official said that the Mi 11 Lite will still be shipped as the company was able to secure what little stock remained of the processor. In other words, the Mi 11 Lite is the only latest handset that sports this SoC as of right now and we might not see a new device featuring this processor for a while now. OEMs would also likely have to wait for the production of the chipset to rise to include it in their offerings.</p>
<p><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter wp-image-379727 size-full" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Snapdragon-780G-5G-featured.jpg?x44794" alt="Snapdragon 780G 5G featured" width="697" height="473" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Snapdragon-780G-5G-featured.jpg 697w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Snapdragon-780G-5G-featured-300x204.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Snapdragon-780G-5G-featured-696x472.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/03/Snapdragon-780G-5G-featured-619x420.jpg 619w" sizes="(max-width: 697px) 100vw, 697px" /></p>
<p>For those unaware, the Snapdragon 780G from Qualcomm is a top of the line chip for mid range handsets. It is built on a 5nm process and features a Cortex-A78 core clocked at 2.4GHz paired with three Cortex-A78 cores clocked at 2.2GHz, and four Cortex-A55 cores that are clocked at 1.9GHz. For graphics, the chip features the Adreno 642 GPU.</p>

<p>The leak reveals that the Mi CC11 will be sporting an OLED panel that delivers a 90Hz refresh rate. The device could be powered by the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-778G">Snapdragon 778G</a> or <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-780G">Snapdragon 780G</a> chipset. The camera setup of the Mi C11 may include a 64-megapixel primary camera and a telephoto sensor.</p>

<p>As far as the Mi CC11 Pro is concerned, it is likely to feature the more powerful <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-870">Snapdragon 870</a> flagship chip. Its camera setup may include a 1/1.3x-inch camera sensor as the primary snapper and a periscope lens that will bring support for 5x zoom. It is unclear whether its OLED panel will support a 90Hz or a higher refresh rate.</p>
<p>The other specs of the Mi CC11 and Mi CC11 Pro are under wraps. Since they are expected to launch in August, both models are likely to pass through 3C and TENAA certifications later this month through which more details are expected to appear.</p>
<p>The tipster also said that the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/xiaomi-mi-mix-4">Mi MIX 4</a> will be featuring the Samsung GN1s, whereas the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/xiaomi-mi-12">Xiaomi Mi 12</a> could be one of the first smartphones to arrive with a 200-megapixel camera. Speculations are rife that the Mi 12 could be <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/07/06/xiaomi-mi-12-launch-dec-snapdragon-895-ahead-schedule/">powered by the Snapdragon 895 chip</a>, and it may debut by the end of this year.</p>

It doesn&#8217;t have a powerful camera or a top-notch screen. But I think it still has some highlights that are unique to the model. For these rare highlights, I think there are still many people who will pay for it. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Before I start the review I want to make one thing clear. The Mi 11 Lite in this review is the 5G-enabled Chinese version, not the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/03/29/xiaomi-launch-mi-11-lite-thinnest-5g-phone-first-sd-780g/">4G-only global version</a>. </span></p>

<h3><strong>Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G Review: Design</strong></h3>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">Its appearance at first glance is almost identical to that of the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-mi-11/">Mi 11</a>. It has the same lens module design, the same logo position. But the details are different. For example, the back panel has become flat, the power button has integrated fingerprint recognition, and the “108MP” on the lens is gone. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-15.png?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-387195" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-15.png?x44794" alt="Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G featured Review 15" width="1920" height="1080" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-15.png 1920w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-15-300x169.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-15-768x432.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-15-1024x576.png 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-15-696x392.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-15-1068x601.png 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-15-747x420.png 747w" sizes="(max-width: 1920px) 100vw, 1920px" /></a>In terms of design alone, it is very ordinary. But its biggest highlight is its weight and thickness control. 159g weight and 6.81mm thickness is very rare for a <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/5g">5G</a> phone. And this is also the lightest and thinnest 5G phone we&#8217;ve tested. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-13.png?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-387192" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-13.png?x44794" alt="Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G Review 13" width="1920" height="1080" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-13.png 1920w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-13-300x169.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-13-768x432.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-13-1024x576.png 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-13-696x392.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-13-1068x601.png 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-13-747x420.png 747w" sizes="(max-width: 1920px) 100vw, 1920px" /></a>The weight of this phone plus an egg is only as much as a <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-mi-11-pro/">Mi 11 Pro</a>. And most importantly, although the frame is still plastic, the back panel is still made of AG frosted glass. It feels much better than a phone that is entirely made of plastic. At least it won&#8217;t feel so cheap. Although the Mi 11 Lite 5G design is very ordinary, I am willing to give it a high rating for this extreme weight and thickness control.</span></p>
<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-01.png?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-387178" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-01.png?x44794" alt="Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G Review 01" width="1920" height="1080" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-01.png 1920w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-01-300x169.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-01-768x432.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-01-1024x576.png 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-01-696x392.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-01-1068x601.png 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-01-747x420.png 747w" sizes="(max-width: 1920px) 100vw, 1920px" /></a></p>
<h3><strong>Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G Review: Display</strong></h3>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The front of the Mi 11 Lite 5G features a 6.55-inch 90Hz 1080p screen with HDR10+ and Dolby Vision support. The bottom bezel width is well controlled, and the screen is a bit like the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/apple-iphone-11/">iPhone 11</a> with four equal widths. And this straight screen is made of flexible AMOLED, so theoretically the look and feel should be good. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-12.png?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-387190" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-12.png?x44794" alt="Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G Review 12" width="1920" height="1080" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-12.png 1920w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-12-300x169.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-12-768x432.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-12-1024x576.png 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-12-696x392.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-12-1068x601.png 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-12-747x420.png 747w" sizes="(max-width: 1920px) 100vw, 1920px" /></a>But Mi 11 Lite 5G’s comes in two types of displays in the market. Basically, the pixels are arranged in two different configurations. One variant features a screen with Diamond-like pixels, while the other has RGB Delta pixels. Unfortunately, the RGB Delta pixels screen when compared to the diamond-like pixel&#8217;s screen has worse font clarity, and the font edge has a color edge problem. The unit we have features a screen with RGB Delta pixels, so the screen quality is low compared to the other variant that comes at the same price. And if you look at the phone’s screen from the side, the problem of the color cast is obvious. But if you&#8217;re lucky and get a version with diamond-like pixels of the screen, I believe the screen can still score a passing grade. But the RGB Delta pixels version is obviously a failing grade.</span></p>
<h3><strong>Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G Review: Performance and Gaming</strong></h3>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The second highlight of the Mi 11 Lite 5G is the new <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/03/25/qualcomms-latest-chipset-is-the-5nm-snapdragon-780g-5g/">Snapdragon 780G processor</a>. The performance of the new 5nm Snapdragon mid-range processor is as follows: AnTuTu Benchmark runs at 537788, 3Dmark at 3121, Geekbench 5 single-core at 805, and multi-core at 2937. Compared to MTK&#8217;s Dimensity 1200, it is still a bit worse. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The gaming test also confirms this view. PUBG seems to exert no significant pressure on the mid-range chip, running at almost full frame rate with HDR Graphics Extreme frame rate. </span></p>

The maximum temperature reached was only 50 degrees Celsius, and the chip wasn’t down-clocked during gaming. The screen brightness wasn’t forced down either. Overall, the Mi 11 Lite 5G is only suitable for light gaming users.</span></p>
<h3><strong>Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G Review: Camera</strong></h3>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The camera on the Mi 11 Lite 5G is a budget camera. The three cameras consist of a 64mp main camera, an 8mp ultra-wide lens, and a 5mp telephoto macro lens.</span></p>
<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-05.png?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-387183" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-05.png?x44794" alt="Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite Camera 5G Review 05" width="1920" height="1080" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-05.png 1920w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-05-300x169.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-05-768x432.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-05-1024x576.png 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-05-696x392.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-05-1068x601.png 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-05-747x420.png 747w" sizes="(max-width: 1920px) 100vw, 1920px" /></a></p>
<p><strong>Main Camera</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The color style of the main camera is on the high contrast side. The contrast is higher than the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/04/21/realme-gt-neo-review-dimensity-1200/">realme GT Neo</a>. Some scenes will look sharper, but the dynamic range is not as good. The probability of automatic HDR triggering is not high, but even if HDR is manually turned on, the dynamic range improvement is not much. When taking photos, be careful not to choose a scene that’s extremely bright. </span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The Two times zoom sharpening is too heavy, the line will appear jagged. The performance at night is similar to that of the day, with the high contrast ratio causing the night scene to look a little underexposed. But the highlights are well controlled. The highlights are further depressed in night mode, and the exposure can be slightly improved in extreme darkness. But when there is plenty of light, lowering the highlights will make your eyes uncomfortable. Unless the light is very weak, it is not recommended to use night mode to take pictures.</span></p>
<p><strong>Ultra-Wide Camera</strong></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The performance of the ultra-wide-angle lens is almost the same as the main camera, the main difference is that the hardware limitations lead to more serious underexposure of night photos. Check out a few groups of sample photos to get an idea.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">The macro lens is the same as the one on the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/xiaomi-redmi-k40/">Redmi K40</a>. I believe you are <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/03/09/redmi-k40-review-specs-budget-flagship-killer-in-2021/">already very familiar</a> with the strength of this telephoto macro lens. It can take some good close-up photos that the main camera and ultra-wide lens can&#8217;t take.</span></p>

<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-04.png?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-387181" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-04.png?x44794" alt="Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G Charging Review 04" width="1920" height="1080" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-04.png 1920w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-04-300x169.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-04-768x432.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-04-1024x576.png 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-04-696x392.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-04-1068x601.png 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-04-747x420.png 747w" sizes="(max-width: 1920px) 100vw, 1920px" /></a> In 10 minutes it charged to 24%, after half an hour it got to 57%, and for full charge it needed 64 minutes. Generally speaking, the battery capacity of thin and light phones is not very large. It is shocking that Xiaomi still managed to put a 4250mAh battery into it, knowing that this is a 159g phone.</span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;"><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-03.png?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-387180" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-03.png?x44794" alt="Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G Review 03" width="1920" height="1080" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-03.png 1920w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-03-300x169.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-03-768x432.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-03-1024x576.png 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-03-696x392.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-03-1068x601.png 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-03-747x420.png 747w" sizes="(max-width: 1920px) 100vw, 1920px" /></a>In our test, the phone consumed 6% for half-hour of Tiktok and 5% for half-hour of 1080P video. Two mainstream games &#8220;PUBG&#8221; and &#8220;Genshin Impact&#8221; consumed 9% and 16%, respectively. The high-load game “Brightridge” consumed 10%. This battery life level is now comparable to many 4500mAh phones. This battery on such a light phone should be its third highlight in this review.</span></p>

<h3><strong>Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G Review: Verdict</strong></h3>
<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-14.png?x44794"><img loading="lazy" class="aligncenter size-full wp-image-387194" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-14.png?x44794" alt="Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite 5G Review 14" width="1920" height="1080" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-14.png 1920w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-14-300x169.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-14-768x432.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-14-1024x576.png 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-14-696x392.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-14-1068x601.png 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2021/04/Xiaomi-Mi-11-Lite-5G-Review-14-747x420.png 747w" sizes="(max-width: 1920px) 100vw, 1920px" /></a></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">To conclude, the Mi 11 Lite 5G is not a traditional Xiaomi phone. It doesn&#8217;t have strong hardware, and it isn’t priced very low either. In terms of hardware configuration, it doesn’t even give you as much value as the Redmi K40, which is cheaper. </span></p>
<p><span style="font-weight: 400;">But in the 5G era, it offers one of the few options for users who like to use light and thin phones. In fact, I would recommend you to go to an offline store and get your hands on this phone. Then you&#8217;ll understand its significance in Xiaomi&#8217;s lineup. </span></p>

While several reports have talked about its successor model, the Finnish firm has steered away from launching a flagship device. Fresh information shared by the <a href="https://nokiapoweruser.com/new-nokia-mobile-5g-smartphone-nokia-x50-with-108mp-rear-camera-in-works-targeted-at-q3-2021/"><em>Nokia Power User </em></a>claims that the company is working on an upper mid-range phone with a penta-lens setup, which will be succeeding the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/nokia-8-3-5G">Nokia 8.3 5G</a> smartphone. Probably, this device may arrive in the market as an X-series phone.</p>
<p>The report claims that the Nokia 8.3 5G’s successor will be sporting a penta-lens setup with a 108-megapixel primary camera. The device will not be coming to the market as the Nokia 8.4 5G, but it is likely to be called Nokia X50.</p>
<p>The handset is expected to feature a 6.5-inch PureDisplay V4 that that offers a Quad HD+ resolution and a 120Hz refresh rate. The report states that it is powered by the smartphone will be powered by the unannounced <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-775G">Snapdragon 775G</a> chipset (SM7350 model number).</p>

<p>The device is likely to be powered by a 6,000mAh battery. Recently, a 6,000mAh battery for an upcoming Nokia phone was spotted at the TUV certification platform. The listing revealed that it will arrive with support for 22.5W rapid charging.</p>
<p>There is no word on the other cameras of the alleged Nokia X50 phone. However, the penta-lens setup is expected to include an ultrawide lens, a depth sensor, a macro shooter, and a telephoto snapper. The device is likely to feature ZEISS optics and OZO Audio technology. The report has no other information on its specifications.</p>
<p>It is not clear whether Qualcomm will be launching a chip called the Snapdragon 775G. The recent behind it is that the US-based chipmaker has already announced the 5nm <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-780G">Snapdragon 780G</a> chipset as the successor to the older <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-765">Snapdragon 765</a>/<a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-765G">765G</a> chip. The part number of this chip is SM7350-AB. Hence, it is not clear which processor will be fueling the alleged Nokia X50.</p>

For those unaware, the base Z3 was launched back on 25th March 2021, and featured notable specs and started from a price tag of 1,699 Yuan (roughly 260 US Dollars). It featured the Snapdragon 768G 5G enabled processor and a 120Hz high refresh rate display.</p>
<p>Now, a leak has revealed that the Chinese smartphone maker&#8217;s Z3 Pro will support Qualcomm&#8217;s Snapdragon 780G processor and a 144Hz high refresh rate on its LCD display panel. Qualcomm had just recently announced the Snapdragon 780G mobile processor. This would mean that the Z3 Pro would be one of the first smartphones to feature the newly announced 5nm chipset.</p>

<p>At the moment, this chip is expected to <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2021/03/28/xiaomi-confirms-the-mi-11-lite-will-be-the-first-snapdragon-780g-phone/" target="_blank" rel="noopener noreferrer">first be featured in the Xiaomi Mi 11 Lite</a>.
