<p>Choosing between the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/vivo-s20/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Vivo S20</a> and <a href="https://www.giztop.com/redmi-k80.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Redmi K80</a> can be challenging, as both offer compelling features tailored to different needs. With advancements in display technology, performance, and camera capabilities, these phones represent significant options in the mid-range and flagship categories. This comparison highlights key differences to help you decide which device suits your priorities, whether it’s powerful performance, superior durability, or value for money.</p>

<h3><strong>Design and Display</strong></h3>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="597" height="657" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-187.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-666709" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-187.png 597w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-187-273x300.png 273w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-187-382x420.png 382w" sizes="(max-width: 597px) 100vw, 597px" /><figcaption>Vivo S20</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>The Vivo S20 features an elegant, slim profile with IP64 dust and water resistance, making it splash-proof but not fully submersible. Its 6.67-inch AMOLED display offers vibrant colors and excellent brightness levels, peaking at 5000 nits for sunlight legibility. The screen supports a 120Hz refresh rate for smooth animations, making it a treat for casual and multimedia users.</p>

<p>In contrast, the Redmi K80 ups the ante with IP68 certification, ensuring protection against dust and submersion in water up to 2.5 meters for 30 minutes. Its OLED display is slightly more advanced, with a resolution of 1440 x 3200 pixels and support for Dolby Vision and HDR10+. The peak brightness of 3200 nits and ultra-vivid 68 billion colors offer a superior viewing experience, especially for HDR content.</p>

<p>While the Vivo S20 is practical and premium, the Redmi K80’s IP68 rating and higher-resolution OLED screen make it the better choice for durability and display quality.</p>

<h3><strong>Specifications</strong></h3>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="644" height="675" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-188.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-666710" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-188.png 644w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-188-286x300.png 286w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-188-401x420.png 401w" sizes="(max-width: 644px) 100vw, 644px" /><figcaption>Redmi K80</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>The Vivo S20 is powered by the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, which is efficient for daily tasks and mid-range gaming. It comes with up to 16GB of RAM and a 6500mAh silicon-carbon battery that supports 90W fast charging, ensuring long-lasting performance and quick recharging.</p>

<p>The Redmi K80, on the other hand, boasts the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 chipset, delivering flagship-level performance for heavy multitasking and gaming. It also packs a 6550mAh battery with 90W wired charging. The UFS 4.0 storage in the K80 is faster than the Vivo S20’s UFS 2.2, which makes app loading and data transfer quicker.</p>

<p>For power users and gamers, the Redmi K80’s flagship-grade processor and faster storage make it the clear winner. Vivo S20, however, offers excellent battery life for moderate users.</p>

<h3><strong>Camera</strong></h3>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="977" height="695" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-189.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-666711" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-189.png 977w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-189-300x213.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-189-768x546.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-189-696x495.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-189-590x420.png 590w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-189-100x70.png 100w" sizes="(max-width: 977px) 100vw, 977px" /><figcaption>Redmi K80</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>The Vivo S20 sports a dual-camera setup with a 50MP primary sensor with OIS and an 8MP ultrawide lens. It excels in capturing vibrant and stable images, especially in daylight. The 50MP selfie camera is a standout, ideal for social media enthusiasts.</p>

<p>The Redmi K80 also features a dual-camera system but edges ahead with a brighter f/1.6 aperture on its 50MP primary lens, which improves low-light performance. It supports 8K video recording, a feature absent in the Vivo S20. The 20MP front camera delivers decent selfies but lacks the wow factor of Vivo’s 50MP sensor.</p>

<p>Vivo S20 shines for selfie lovers, while the Redmi K80’s superior video capabilities and brighter aperture make it better for professional-style photography and videography.</p>

<h3><strong>Pricing</strong></h3>

<p>The Vivo S20 is priced at approximately $320, while the Redmi K80 costs around $370. For the $50 difference, the Redmi K80 provides better performance, superior display technology, and advanced camera capabilities.</p>

<p>If budget constraints are minimal, the Redmi K80 offers more value for its slightly higher price. However, Vivo S20 remains a solid option for users who prioritize selfies and design.</p>

<div class="wp-container-1 wp-block-buttons">
<div class="wp-block-button"><a class="wp-block-button__link" href="https://www.giztop.com/vivo-s20.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Buy &#8211; Vivo S20</a></div>

</div>

<hr class="wp-block-separator"/>

<h3><strong>Conclusion</strong></h3>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="741" height="647" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-190.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-666712" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-190.png 741w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-190-300x262.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-190-696x608.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-190-481x420.png 481w" sizes="(max-width: 741px) 100vw, 741px" /><figcaption>Vivo S20</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>The Redmi K80 stands out with its IP68 water resistance, flagship Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 processor, Dolby Vision display, and 8K video recording. Vivo S20 highlights include its superior selfie camera, robust design, and cost-effectiveness.</p>

<p>For tech enthusiasts, the Redmi K80 is worth the investment due to its cutting-edge features, while Vivo S20’s affordability and selfie capabilities cater to a niche audience.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/oppo-reno-13/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Oppo Reno 13</a> and <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/vivo-s20/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Vivo S20</a> are two standout smartphones in the mid-range segment, offering impressive features at competitive prices. With their sleek designs, advanced cameras, and powerful internals, both devices cater to users seeking value-packed options. This comparison highlights their key differences to help you decide which phone suits your needs better. Whether you prioritize durability, battery life, or performance, understanding these distinctions is crucial for making an informed choice in a crowded market.</p>

<h3><strong>Design and Display</strong></h3>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="730" height="729" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-183.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-666694" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-183.png 730w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-183-300x300.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-183-150x150.png 150w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-183-696x695.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-183-421x420.png 421w" sizes="(max-width: 730px) 100vw, 730px" /><figcaption>OPPO Reno 13</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>Oppo Reno 13 and Vivo S20 both feature premium AMOLED displays with vibrant 1B colors and smooth 120Hz refresh rates. The Reno 13 boasts a slightly smaller 6.59-inch screen with a resolution of 1256 x 2760 pixels, while the Vivo S20 sports a larger 6.67-inch panel and a slightly higher resolution of 1260 x 2800 pixels. The Vivo S20 takes the edge with its impressive 5000 nits peak brightness compared to the Reno 13’s 1200 nits, making it more suitable for outdoor visibility.</p>

<p>Both phones feature high-quality build materials, but the Reno 13 is superior with an IP68/IP69 rating for dust and water resistance, offering better durability than the S20’s IP64 rating. While both devices are modern and sleek, the Reno 13&#8217;s design feels more robust and versatile.</p>

<p>If durability and outdoor usage matter more to you, the Reno 13 is a better pick. For those prioritizing a larger screen with higher brightness, the Vivo S20 is the winner.</p>

<h3><strong>Specifications and Battery</strong></h3>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="643" height="751" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-184.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-666695" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-184.png 643w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-184-257x300.png 257w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-184-360x420.png 360w" sizes="(max-width: 643px) 100vw, 643px" /><figcaption>Vivo S20</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>The Oppo Reno 13 is powered by the MediaTek Dimensity 8350 chip, while the Vivo S20 runs on the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3. The Dimensity 8350 offers slightly higher performance, especially for gaming and multitasking. Both devices lack expandable storage but offer ample internal storage configurations.</p>

<p>The battery battle is in Vivo S20’s favor, with its larger 6500 mAh Si/C battery and faster 90W wired charging. Reno 13, with a 5600 mAh battery and 80W charging, is still highly competitive. Both support reverse wired charging, a handy feature.</p>

<p>For gamers and power users, the Reno 13’s chipset is preferable. However, if longer battery life is crucial, the Vivo S20 is the superior choice.</p>

<h3><strong>Camera</strong></h3>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="659" height="613" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-185.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-666696" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-185.png 659w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-185-300x279.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-185-452x420.png 452w" sizes="(max-width: 659px) 100vw, 659px" /><figcaption>OPPO Reno 13</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>Both smartphones feature dual rear cameras with 50 MP primary sensors. The Reno 13 excels in capturing ultra-wide shots with its 115° 8 MP sensor, while the Vivo S20’s ultrawide camera provides slightly less field of view but compensates with autofocus for enhanced detail.</p>

<p>The selfie cameras are equally matched at 50 MP, with both offering autofocus and HDR. However, the Reno 13 offers a bit more versatility with better stabilization for video recording, including gyro-EIS at 4K@60fps.</p>

<p>The Reno 13 edges out as the better choice for photography enthusiasts who value stabilized video and wide-angle performance.</p>

<h3><strong>Pricing</strong></h3>

<p>The Oppo Reno 13 is priced at approximately $459, while the Vivo S20 costs around $399. The $50 difference reflects the Reno 13’s higher waterproof rating and better chipset, while the S20 offers a larger battery and brighter display.</p>

<p>The Vivo S20 provides better value for budget-conscious buyers, but the Reno 13 justifies its slightly higher price for those seeking premium features.</p>

<div class="wp-container-2 wp-block-buttons">
<div class="wp-block-button"><a class="wp-block-button__link" href="https://www.giztop.com/oppo-reno-13.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Buy &#8211; OPPO Reno 13</a></div>

<div class="wp-block-button"><a class="wp-block-button__link" href="https://www.giztop.com/vivo-s20.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Buy &#8211; Vivo S20</a></div>
</div>

<hr class="wp-block-separator"/>

<h3><strong>Conclusion</strong></h3>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="634" height="683" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-186.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-666697" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-186.png 634w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-186-278x300.png 278w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-186-390x420.png 390w" sizes="(max-width: 634px) 100vw, 634px" /><figcaption>Vivo S20</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>Unique features of the Reno 13 include its IP68/IP69 certification and higher chipset performance, making it durable and efficient. Meanwhile, the Vivo S20 stands out with its massive 6500mAh battery and unparalleled peak brightness. Both phones support advanced connectivity options like Bluetooth 5.4 and NFC, but the Vivo S20 offers stereo speakers for an enhanced audio experience.</p>

<p>For all-round performance and durability, the Reno 13 shines. The Vivo S20’s extended battery life and display brightness make it ideal for heavy-media consumers.</p>

<h3><strong>Design and Display</strong></h3>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="623" height="680" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-177.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-666527" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-177.png 623w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-177-275x300.png 275w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-177-385x420.png 385w" sizes="(max-width: 623px) 100vw, 623px" /><figcaption>Vivo X200</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>Vivo X200 and S20 offer premium designs, but the X200 stands out with its superior IP68/IP69 rating, making it more resistant to water and dust than the IP64-rated S20. Both models feature AMOLED displays with 1 billion colors, 120Hz refresh rates, and 1260 x 2800 resolution, ensuring vivid and sharp visuals. However, the X200 includes HDR10+ support and peaks at 4500 nits brightness, offering better contrast and sunlight legibility. The S20&#8217;s 1300 nits brightness in HBM and scratch-resistant glass are impressive but fall slightly short.</p>

<p>The Vivo X200 provides a more durable build and enhanced visual experience, making it a better choice for outdoor and multimedia use.</p>

<p>The Vivo X200 boasts the more powerful MediaTek Dimensity 9400 (3nm) chipset, delivering faster performance and better efficiency than the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 (4nm) in the S20. It also supports UFS 4.0 storage for quicker read/write speeds, compared to the S20&#8217;s UFS 2.2. The X200&#8217;s battery is smaller at 5800 mAh but maintains similar 90W charging speeds. The S20 offers a larger 6500 mAh battery, making it better for prolonged use.</p>

<p>For performance enthusiasts, the X200 is superior, but the S20&#8217;s larger battery makes it ideal for heavy users prioritizing endurance.</p>

<h3><strong>Camera</strong></h3>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="467" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-178-1024x467.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-666531" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-178-1024x467.png 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-178-300x137.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-178-768x350.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-178-1536x700.png 1536w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-178-696x317.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-178-1068x487.png 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-178-921x420.png 921w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-178.png 1671w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /><figcaption>Vivo X200</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>The X200 shines with its triple-camera system, featuring a 50 MP periscope telephoto lens and Zeiss optics, offering 3x optical zoom and exceptional low-light performance. The S20&#8217;s dual-camera system is respectable but lacks telephoto capabilities and advanced optics. For selfies, the X200 has a 32 MP ultrawide lens, while the S20 offers a sharper 50 MP standard lens.</p>

<p>The X200&#8217;s camera versatility and Zeiss integration make it a clear winner for photography enthusiasts.</p>

<h3><strong>Pricing</strong></h3>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="599" height="660" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-179.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-666533" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-179.png 599w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-179-272x300.png 272w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-179-381x420.png 381w" sizes="(max-width: 599px) 100vw, 599px" /><figcaption>Vivo S20</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>The Vivo S20 is priced around $300, while the Vivo X200 costs approximately $612. The X200&#8217;s price is justified by its advanced features, but the S20 offers excellent value for those on a budget.</p>

<p>If you prioritize affordability, the S20 is a better pick, but the X200 justifies its premium with cutting-edge features.</p>

<p>Unique to the X200 are Zeiss optics, HDR10+ support, IP69 rating, and advanced chipset performance. The S20 excels in battery size and offers a great balance of features for its price.</p>

<p>Vivo X200 is a flagship experience with standout features, while the Vivo S20 is an impressive mid-range option offering solid value.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/oppo-reno-13/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Oppo Reno 13</a> and <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/vivo-s20/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Vivo S20</a> are two mid-range smartphones packed with impressive features that cater to different user needs. The Reno 13 emphasizes durability and storage options, while the Vivo S20 focuses on battery life and display brightness. This comparison dives into their unique features to help you decide which phone suits your preferences best.</p>

<h3><strong>Design and Display</strong></h3>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="645" height="703" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-97.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-664614" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-97.png 645w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-97-275x300.png 275w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-97-385x420.png 385w" sizes="(max-width: 645px) 100vw, 645px" /><figcaption>Oppo Reno 13</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>The Oppo Reno 13 and Vivo S20 showcase premium designs tailored for different preferences. The Reno 13 flaunts an IP68/IP69 rating, offering better water and dust resistance compared to the Vivo S20&#8217;s IP64. Its glass and aluminum build exudes durability and luxury, while the S20&#8217;s design is lighter and features scratch/drop-resistant glass for added resilience.</p>

<p>In terms of display, the Reno 13 boasts a 6.59-inch AMOLED screen with vibrant 1B colors, 120Hz refresh rate, and a peak brightness of 1200 nits. Meanwhile, the S20 edges ahead slightly with its larger 6.67-inch AMOLED, matching the 120Hz refresh rate but achieving a peak brightness of 1300 nits for superior outdoor visibility. Both phones deliver crisp visuals with ~460 PPI, making them excellent for media consumption.</p>

<p>While both devices impress, the Reno 13&#8217;s IP68 durability makes it better suited for rugged conditions, whereas the Vivo S20&#8217;s brighter display will appeal to outdoor users.</p>

<h3><strong>Specifications</strong></h3>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="584" height="679" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-99.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-664616" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-99.png 584w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-99-258x300.png 258w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-99-361x420.png 361w" sizes="(max-width: 584px) 100vw, 584px" /><figcaption>Vivo S20</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>The Reno 13 is powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 8350 chipset, while the Vivo S20 features the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3, both built on a 4nm process. The Snapdragon chipset in the Vivo S20 promises slightly better performance and efficiency, especially in gaming and multitasking.</p>

<p>Battery life favors the Vivo S20, with its 6500mAh Si/C battery and 90W fast charging, outperforming the Reno 13’s 5600mAh battery and 80W charging. However, both phones support reverse charging and feature modern connectivity options like NFC, Bluetooth 5.4, and dual-band Wi-Fi.</p>

<p>Vivo S20 offers longer battery life and faster charging, making it ideal for power users. However, the Reno 13’s overall performance is still robust.</p>

<h3><strong>Camera</strong></h3>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="439" height="475" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-98.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-664615" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-98.png 439w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-98-277x300.png 277w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-98-388x420.png 388w" sizes="(max-width: 439px) 100vw, 439px" /><figcaption>Oppo Reno 13</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>Both phones feature impressive dual-camera setups, with 50 MP wide primary sensors enhanced by OIS. The Reno 13 adds an 8 MP ultrawide camera with a 115° field of view, while the Vivo S20&#8217;s 8 MP ultrawide includes autofocus for sharper close-ups.</p>

<p>On the selfie front, both sport a 50 MP sensor with autofocus, but the Reno 13 stands out with support for 4K@60fps video recording, whereas the Vivo S20&#8217;s selfies max out at 4K without specifying framerate flexibility.</p>

<p>The Reno 13 edges ahead for video enthusiasts with its superior selfie recording options, but the Vivo S20&#8217;s autofocus on the ultrawide camera adds versatility.</p>

<h3><strong>Pricing</strong></h3>

<p>The Oppo Reno 13 is priced at approximately €350, slightly higher than the Vivo S20&#8217;s €300. While the Reno justifies its price with better durability and 1TB storage options, the Vivo offers better battery and display brightness for a lower cost.</p>

<p>The Vivo S20 is better for those on a budget, but the Reno 13 offers additional features at an extra price.</p>

While both models share similarities like the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, dual rear cameras, and AMOLED displays, the S20 introduces key upgrades in battery, software, and display brightness. Conversely, the S19 offers a slightly larger screen and enhanced selfie flash. This comparison highlights their differences and standout features, helping you decide which device best suits your needs.</p>

<h3><strong>Design and Display</strong></h3>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="624" height="639" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-72.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-664247" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-72.png 624w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-72-293x300.png 293w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-72-410x420.png 410w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-72-356x364.png 356w" sizes="(max-width: 624px) 100vw, 624px" /><figcaption>Vivo S20</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>The Vivo S20 and S19 share similar design elements with slim profiles and IP64 ratings for dust and water resistance. However, the S20 refines the display technology, featuring a 6.67-inch AMOLED panel with a peak brightness of 5000 nits, ensuring superior visibility under sunlight compared to the S19&#8217;s 4500 nits. The S20 also boasts a slightly improved screen-to-body ratio at 90.2%, enhancing immersion, although the S19 offers a marginally larger 6.78-inch display.</p>

<p>Both devices support 120Hz refresh rates and vibrant 1B colors, making them excellent for media consumption. The S20’s enhanced brightness and compact form make it more suitable for outdoor users, while the S19’s larger screen might appeal to those prioritizing size over compactness. Overall, the Vivo S20 edges ahead with its more refined display brightness and proportions.</p>

<h3><strong>Specifications </strong></h3>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="630" height="648" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-73.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-664248" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-73.png 630w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-73-292x300.png 292w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-73-408x420.png 408w" sizes="(max-width: 630px) 100vw, 630px" /><figcaption>Vivo S19</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>The Vivo S20 is powered by Android 15 with OriginOS 5, while the S19 runs Android 14 with OriginOS 4, giving the S20 a future-ready edge in software. Both models are equipped with the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, an octa-core CPU, and Adreno 720 GPU, ensuring seamless performance for multitasking and gaming.</p>

<p>Battery performance sees an upgrade in the S20, featuring a 6500 mAh Si/C battery with 90W fast charging, compared to the S19’s 6000 mAh battery with 80W charging. The larger capacity and faster charging of the S20 make it a better choice for users seeking longer battery life and quicker top-ups. The absence of expandable storage persists in both, but the S20 retains its edge with consistently robust performance and battery reliability.</p>

<h3><strong>Camera</strong></h3>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="748" height="362" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-74.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-664249" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-74.png 748w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-74-300x145.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-74-696x337.png 696w" sizes="(max-width: 748px) 100vw, 748px" /><figcaption>Vivo S20 </figcaption></figure></div>

<p>Both devices sport dual rear cameras: a 50MP primary sensor and an 8MP ultrawide. While the S19’s 50MP sensor is slightly larger (1/1.56&#8243; vs. 1/1.55&#8243;), the difference in image quality is minimal. The S20 introduces better stabilization with 4K video recording and gyro-EIS, which complements its OIS feature for smoother footage.</p>

<p>On the front, both feature a 50MP selfie camera with autofocus, but the S19 includes a dual-LED flash, improving low-light selfies. The S20 provides brighter outdoor photos with its HDR mode, offering a more balanced exposure. Overall, the S20 stands out for videography, while the S19 slightly excels in low-light photography.</p>

<h3><strong>Pricing</strong></h3>

<p>The Vivo S20 is priced at approximately €300, undercutting the Vivo S19, which costs around €320. Despite the lower price, the S20 offers significant upgrades, including better battery capacity, display brightness, and software.</p>

<p>For budget-conscious users, the S20 presents a more value-for-money option. However, those seeking slightly better low-light camera performance and a larger screen might find the S19 a reasonable pick despite its higher cost.</p>

<div class="wp-container-5 wp-block-buttons">
<div class="wp-block-button"><a class="wp-block-button__link" href="https://www.giztop.com/vivo-s20.html" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Buy &#8211; Vivo S20</a></div>

<h3><strong>Conclusion</strong></h3>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="750" height="729" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-75.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-664252" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-75.png 750w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-75-300x292.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-75-696x677.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-75-432x420.png 432w" sizes="(max-width: 750px) 100vw, 750px" /><figcaption>Vivo S20</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>The Vivo S20 introduces several unique features, including an unprecedented peak display brightness of 5000 nits and the latest Android 15 out of the box. Its enhanced 90W charging technology and larger battery further position it as an excellent device for heavy users. The Vivo S19, on the other hand, offers a slightly larger screen and a dual-LED selfie flash, which remains absent in the S20.</p>

<p>The S20’s standout combination of superior performance, advanced software, and lower price makes it a better choice for most users. However, the S19’s features might appeal to niche users who prioritize display size and selfie lighting.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/vivo-s20/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Vivo S20</a> and <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/vivo-s20-pro/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Vivo S20 Pro</a> are two impressive smartphones catering to different user needs. Both models excel in design and display quality, but the S20 Pro brings significant upgrades in performance, camera versatility, and features, reflecting its higher price. Understanding these differences helps users decide whether the Pro&#8217;s premium features are worth the extra investment or if the S20 offers enough value for everyday needs. This comparison highlights the key distinctions, upgrades, and unique features to guide you toward the perfect choice for your lifestyle and budget.</p>

<h3><strong>Design and Display</strong></h3>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="580" height="652" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-62.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-664139" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-62.png 580w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-62-267x300.png 267w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-62-374x420.png 374w" sizes="(max-width: 580px) 100vw, 580px" /><figcaption>Vivo S20 Pro</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>Both the Vivo S20 and Vivo S20 Pro showcase premium builds with IP64 dust and water resistance, ensuring durability. They sport a 6.67-inch AMOLED display with vibrant 1 billion colors and a 120Hz refresh rate. However, the S20 Pro stands out with its higher brightness levels, reaching 1600 nits in HBM mode, compared to the S20&#8217;s 1300 nits. While the screen-to-body ratio is slightly better on the S20 (90.2% vs. 89.2%), the difference is negligible in daily usage.</p>

<p>The overall design language of the S20 Pro feels more refined, offering Purple as an additional color option, which may appeal to users seeking a more distinctive look. Both models feature scratch-resistant glass, but the S20 Pro feels slightly more premium due to its more advanced display technology.</p>

<p><strong>Verdict:</strong> The S20 Pro edges ahead with its enhanced brightness and color options, making it a better choice for users prioritizing display brilliance and aesthetics. However, the S20 remains an excellent option for those seeking a near-identical experience at a lower price.</p>

<h3><strong>Specifications </strong></h3>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="630" height="693" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-63.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-664140" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-63.png 630w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-63-273x300.png 273w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-63-382x420.png 382w" sizes="(max-width: 630px) 100vw, 630px" /><figcaption>Vivo S20</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>The Vivo S20 features the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, while the S20 Pro is powered by the Mediatek Dimensity 9300+, delivering superior performance with a more advanced CPU and GPU architecture. The S20 Pro supports faster UFS 3.1 storage, compared to the S20&#8217;s UFS 2.2, ensuring quicker data transfers.</p>

<p>Battery life slightly favors the S20 with its 6500 mAh battery, compared to the S20 Pro&#8217;s 5500 mAh. Both support 90W wired charging, but the S20 Pro’s overall efficiency balances the smaller battery size.</p>

<p><strong>Verdict:</strong> The S20 Pro&#8217;s raw performance makes it a better choice for gamers and power users. However, the S20&#8217;s larger battery could appeal to users who prioritize endurance over cutting-edge speed.</p>

<h3><strong>Camera</strong></h3>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="911" height="690" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-64.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-664141" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-64.png 911w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-64-300x227.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-64-768x582.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-64-696x527.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-64-555x420.png 555w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-64-80x60.png 80w" sizes="(max-width: 911px) 100vw, 911px" /><figcaption>Vivo S20 Pro</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>The Vivo S20 offers a capable dual-camera setup, with a 50MP main sensor and an 8MP ultrawide lens. In contrast, the S20 Pro upgrades to a triple-camera configuration, adding a 50MP periscope telephoto lens with 3x optical zoom. This addition significantly enhances versatility, allowing for high-quality zoomed shots. Both phones share a 50MP selfie camera capable of 4K recording.</p>

<p>The S20 Pro&#8217;s advanced camera sensors and telephoto lens make it the superior option for photography enthusiasts. However, the S20 still provides solid imaging performance for its price point.</p>

<p><strong>Verdict:</strong> If photography is a priority, the S20 Pro&#8217;s advanced triple-camera setup justifies the price difference.&nbsp;</p>

<h3><strong>Pricing</strong></h3>

<p>The Vivo S20 is priced at around 300 EUR, making it an affordable yet feature-rich device. The S20 Pro, at 450 EUR, is more expensive but includes significant upgrades in performance and camera capabilities.</p>

<p><strong>Verdict:</strong> The S20 is a fantastic value for casual users, while the S20 Pro&#8217;s price is justifiable for those seeking top-tier specs and photography features.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="475" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-65-1024x475.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-664142" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-65-1024x475.png 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-65-300x139.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-65-768x356.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-65-696x323.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-65-1068x495.png 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-65-906x420.png 906w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/12/image-65.png 1518w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /><figcaption>Vivo S20 Pro</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>Unique features like the S20 Pro&#8217;s periscope telephoto lens, enhanced Mediatek Dimensity 9300+ chipset, and UFS 3.1 storage set it apart. Both devices offer IP64 protection, excellent AMOLED displays, and 90W charging.</p>

<p><strong>Verdict:</strong> The S20 Pro is clearly the more advanced option, ideal for users wanting cutting-edge tech. The S20, however, is a well-rounded choice for those who want flagship features without stretching their budget.</p>

<p>Vivo has just unveiled the Vivo S20 series of smartphones in the Chinese market. The lineup consists of the base <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/vivo-s20/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Vivo S20</a> and the higher-end <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/vivo-s20-pro/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Vivo S20 Pro</a>. But what&#8217;s different between the two models? Read on to find out.</p>

<h3>Vivo S20 Series: Design</h3>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="573" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Vivo-S20-Pro-1.jpg?x44794" alt="Vivo S20 Pro" class="wp-image-662188" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Vivo-S20-Pro-1.jpg 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Vivo-S20-Pro-1-300x168.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Vivo-S20-Pro-1-768x430.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Vivo-S20-Pro-1-696x389.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Vivo-S20-Pro-1-751x420.jpg 751w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /><figcaption>Vivo S20 Pro</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>The Vivo S20 lineup is quite similar in many ways, with the display being a great example. Both models sport a 6.67-inch BOE Q10 OLED display that offers a 1.5K resolution, up to 5,000 nits of peak brightness, and a 120Hz refresh rate. So while they are of similar size, there&#8217;s some difference in the dimensions. The vanilla model measures just 7.19mm in terms of thickness and weighs just 186 grams. Meanwhile, the Pro variant is slightly thicker with a 7.43mm body that weighs slightly heavier 193 grams. </p>

<h3>Performance</h3>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="657" height="607" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Vivo-S20-1.jpg?x44794" alt="Vivo S20" class="wp-image-662189" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Vivo-S20-1.jpg 657w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Vivo-S20-1-300x277.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Vivo-S20-1-455x420.jpg 455w" sizes="(max-width: 657px) 100vw, 657px" /><figcaption>Vivo S20</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>However, some of the key differences can be found on the inside. Under the hood, the Vivo S20 Pro is equipped with the MediaTek Dimensity 9300+ SoC, which is a flagship grade processor from last year. In comparison, the Vivo S20 packs the Qualcomm Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chipset, which is a mid range processor. So the former clearly brings better performance and targets the budget flagship segment. The base model starts from 8GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage, while the Pro version&#8217;s starting model is 12GB of RAM and 256GB of internal storage.</p>

<h3>Camera</h3>

<p>There&#8217;s a notable difference between the Vivo S20 and S20 Pro on the camera front as well. The entry model features a dual camera setup with a 50MP OV50E main camera along with an 8MP ultra wide angle lens. On the other hand, the Vivo S20 Pro features a 50MP Sony IMX921 primary sensor, a 50MP ultra wide angle lens, and a 50MP IMX882 periscope telephoto shooter that offers 3x optical zoom. Meaning, you get a more versatile rear camera setup on the more expensive option.</p>

<h3>Battery &amp; Fast Charging</h3>

<p>Despite having a slimmer and lighter body, the standard S20 is powered by a massive 6,500mAh battery pack, which supports 90W wired fast charging. The Vivo S20 Pro houses a respectable 5,500mAh battery pack with 90W fast charging support. So the base model has a much larger capacity, although the Pro option has a faster charging rate.</p>

<h3>Pricing</h3>

<p>The Vivo S20 is a mid range model and it costs an affordable 2,299 Yuan (roughly 317 US Dollars) for the base storage configuration. Considering how the Vivo S20 Pro has various better specs (except battery), it has a higher starting price tag of 3,399 Yuan or roughly about 468 US Dollars. This makes it a great competitor to the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/oppo-reno-13-pro-2/" target="_blank" rel="noreferrer noopener">Oppo Reno 13 Pro</a>. </p>

<p>The vivo S20 series is set to debut on November 28 at 7:00 PM, featuring two models: the vivo S20 Pro and the standard <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/vivo-s20/">vivo S20</a>. The series targets users looking for a premium yet versatile experience. Following a plethora of leaks, now vivo has stepped up, officially revealing key features of both models.</p>

<h2>vivo S20 Pro:</h2>

<p>The vivo S20 Pro boasts a &#8216;full-depth micro-quad-curved screen&#8217; that combines the sleek appearance of a flat display with the ergonomics of a curved design. It caters to photography enthusiasts with a 50MP &#8216;telephoto portrait lens&#8217;, alongside an OIS-enabled 50MP main lens.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="576" height="1024" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/vivo-S20-Pro-specs-official-576x1024.jpg?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-661554" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/vivo-S20-Pro-specs-official-576x1024.jpg 576w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/vivo-S20-Pro-specs-official-169x300.jpg 169w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/vivo-S20-Pro-specs-official-236x420.jpg 236w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/vivo-S20-Pro-specs-official.jpg 690w" sizes="(max-width: 576px) 100vw, 576px" /></figure></div>

<p>Under the hood, the S20 Pro is powered by the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/05/07/mediatek-dimensity-9300-plus-specs/">Dimensity 9300+ </a>chipset, (the same as the upcoming realme Neo7) promising flagship-grade performance. Vivo is also incorporating its &#8216;Blue Crystal technology&#8217;, which could enhance the phone’s thermal efficiency, though further details are awaited.</p>

<p>The <strong>Pro model</strong> will be available in striking color options like <strong>Phoenix Feather Gold, Purple Air Coming from the East, and Pine Smoke Ink.</strong></p>

<h2>vivo S20: blend of ultra-thin design and notable specs</h2>

<p>The standard vivo S20 opts for a 7.19mm ultra-thin straight screen, delivering a clean, minimalist look. It packs a 6500mAh battery, leveraging semi-solid-state technology to offer high capacity without compromising on size.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="576" height="1024" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/vivo-S20-specs-official-576x1024.jpg?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-661555" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/vivo-S20-specs-official-576x1024.jpg 576w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/vivo-S20-specs-official-169x300.jpg 169w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/vivo-S20-specs-official-236x420.jpg 236w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/vivo-S20-specs-official.jpg 690w" sizes="(max-width: 576px) 100vw, 576px" /></figure></div>

<p>One of the standout features of the S20 series is &#8220;Dopamine Live Dynamic Photos&#8221;, an innovative way to bring photos to life by adding motion synced to the rhythm of the live content. The vivo S20 also introduces a film-camera-inspired photography mode, further emphasizing its focus on imaging capabilities.</p>

<p><strong>Color options for the standard model include Phoenix Feather Gold, Jade Dew White, and Pine Smoke Ink.</strong></p>

<p>Both models in the vivo S20 series feature BOE Q10 Eye-Pleasing Eye Protection screens, ensuring a comfortable viewing experience. While the S20 Pro uses the Dimensity 9300+ chip, the standard model is <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/11/16/vivo-s20-processor-revealed-via-benchmark/">expected to come with the Snapdragon 7 Gen3</a> chipset.</p>

<p>The 6500mAh semi-solid-state battery offers extended usage while maintaining lightweight designs—the standard model weighs approximately 180g.</p>

<p>With its advanced features, vibrant color options, and focus on imaging, the vivo S20 series is poised to attract the attention of those seeking a decently capable smartphone that is also visually appealing.</p>

<p>Let’s go through these soon-to-be-released phones one by one.</p>

<h2><strong>Upcoming Smartphones Next Week</strong></h2>

<h3><strong>Oppo Reno 13 Series</strong></h3>

<p>The Oppo Reno 13 series is scheduled to launch in China on November 25 (Monday). The lineup will include two devices, namely <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/oppo-reno-13/">Oppo Reno 13</a> and <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/oppo-reno-13-pro/">Oppo Reno 13 Pro</a>.</p>

<p>The handsets will be powered by <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/mediatek/">MediaTek</a> Dimensity 8350 chipset and boot ColorOS 15. They will sport 1.5K flat OLED display.</p>

<p>The vanilla model will be backed by a 5,600mAh battery as opposed to a slightly larger 5,900mAh battery inside the pro variant. Both of them will come with a new design and a 50MP triple camera system.</p>

<p>The pro version is also rumored to offer water resistance and wireless charging support.</p>

<h3><strong>Realme GT 7 Pro</strong></h3>

<p>The Realme GT 7 Pro is set to launch in India on November 26 (Tuesday)). It will be the country’s first Snapdragon 8 Elite smartphone.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="576" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/realme-GT-7-Pro-design-back-1024x576.png?x44794" alt="Realme GT 7 Pro" class="wp-image-659329" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/realme-GT-7-Pro-design-back-1024x576.png 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/realme-GT-7-Pro-design-back-300x169.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/realme-GT-7-Pro-design-back-768x432.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/realme-GT-7-Pro-design-back-1536x864.png 1536w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/realme-GT-7-Pro-design-back-696x392.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/realme-GT-7-Pro-design-back-1068x601.png 1068w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/realme-GT-7-Pro-design-back-747x420.png 747w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/realme-GT-7-Pro-design-back.png 1920w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /></figure>

<p>The handset is built around a 6.78-inch 1.5K 120Hz LTPO OLED display. It is IP69-rated and comes with a 50MP (wide) + 50MP (3x telephoto) + 8MP (ultrawide) triple camera system accompanied by a 16MP selfie camera.</p>

<p>The phone uses an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor and draws energy from a 5,800mAh battery. It supports 120W wired charging.</p>

<h3><strong>Redmi K80 Series</strong></h3>

<p>The Redmi K80 series will be made official in China on November 27 (Wednesday). The lineup will consist of two handsets: <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/redmi-k80/">Redmi K80</a> and <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/redmi-k80-pro/">Redmi K80 Pro</a>.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="449" height="326" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Redmi-K80-Pro-colors.jpg?x44794" alt="Redmi K80 colors" class="wp-image-661085" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Redmi-K80-Pro-colors.jpg 449w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Redmi-K80-Pro-colors-300x218.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Redmi-K80-Pro-colors-324x235.jpg 324w" sizes="(max-width: 449px) 100vw, 449px" /></figure>

<p>Both phones will be powered by <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/qualcomm/">Qualcomm</a> processors. The vanilla variant will feature a Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, while the pro model will house the latest Snapdragon 8 Elite chip.</p>

<p>The duo is tipped to feature a QHD+ display and a 50MP primary camera. The pro variant is said to sport a 2.6x telephoto camera as opposed to a macro snapper on the standard model.</p>

<p>Both of them will be IP68 rated and support 120W wired charging. But the pro version will also come with 50W wireless charging support.</p>

<h3><strong>Vivo S20 Series</strong></h3>

<p>The Vivo S20 series will be officially unveiled on November 28 (Thursday). There will be two devices, such as <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/vivo-s20/">Vivo S20</a> and Vivo S20 Pro.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="600" height="469" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/vivo-S20-S20-pro-official.jpg?x44794" alt="Vivo S20 Series" class="wp-image-660911" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/vivo-S20-S20-pro-official.jpg 600w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/vivo-S20-S20-pro-official-300x235.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/vivo-S20-S20-pro-official-537x420.jpg 537w" sizes="(max-width: 600px) 100vw, 600px" /></figure>

<p>The products will arrive with a slightly tweaked design and flat displays. The pro variant is expected to house a Dimensity 9300 Plus chip, while the standard version is rumored to feature a Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 SoC.</p>

<p>The pro version is said to flaunt a 50MP (wide) + 50MP (ultrawide) + 50MP (3x periscope telephoto) triple camera system and a short-focus optical fingerprint sensor.</p>

<p>Both phones are tipped to support 90W wired charging, however, the vanilla model will have a larger 6,500mAh battery as compared to a smaller 5,500mAh battery inside the pro version.</p>

<h3><strong>iQOO Neo 10 Series</strong></h3>

<p>The iQOO Neo 10 series will be announced in China on November 29 (Friday). The lineup will comprise two products, namely <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/iqoo-neo-10/">iQOO Neo 10</a> and <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/iqoo-neo-10-pro/">iQOO Neo 10 Pro</a>.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="720" height="558" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Iqoo-Neo10-and-Neo-10-Pro-color-options.jpg?x44794" alt="iQOO Neo 10 Series" class="wp-image-660580" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Iqoo-Neo10-and-Neo-10-Pro-color-options.jpg 720w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Iqoo-Neo10-and-Neo-10-Pro-color-options-300x233.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Iqoo-Neo10-and-Neo-10-Pro-color-options-696x539.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Iqoo-Neo10-and-Neo-10-Pro-color-options-542x420.jpg 542w" sizes="(max-width: 720px) 100vw, 720px" /></figure>

<p>The two handsets will share most of their features. They will come with an LTPO flat OLED display, an ultrasonic fingerprint sensor, and 120W wired charging support.</p>

<p>The major difference between the two will be their chipsets. The vanilla variant will house a last-gen Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 SoC, however, the pro model will be powered by the latest gen Dimensity 9400 chip.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/vivo/">Vivo</a> has officially confirmed the design and key features of its upcoming S20 series, set to launch on November 28. Jia Jingdong, the vice president of the Vivo brand, revealed the details via a Weibo post, offering a sneak peek at the design and specs of the highly anticipated devices. The company official has given consumers an early look at what they can expect from the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/vivo-s20/">Vivo S20</a> and S20 Pro models.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="576" height="1024" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/vivo-S20-series-design-official-3-576x1024.jpg?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-660912" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/vivo-S20-series-design-official-3-576x1024.jpg 576w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/vivo-S20-series-design-official-3-169x300.jpg 169w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/vivo-S20-series-design-official-3-236x420.jpg 236w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/vivo-S20-series-design-official-3.jpg 600w" sizes="(max-width: 576px) 100vw, 576px" /></figure>

<h2>vivo S20 series design: slick and refined</h2>

<p>The Vivo S20 series brings a fresh, refined design compared to its predecessor, the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/vivo-s19/">Vivo S19</a> series. Both the standard S20 and the S20 Pro come with a flat back panel and a flat middle-frame design, maintaining the signature pill-shaped camera island. The ring light around the camera is now much larger, becoming a more prominent design element.</p>

<figure class="wp-block-gallery has-nested-images columns-default is-cropped">
<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="576" height="1024" data-id="660913" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/vivo-S20-series-design-official-576x1024.jpg?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-660913" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/vivo-S20-series-design-official-576x1024.jpg 576w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/vivo-S20-series-design-official-169x300.jpg 169w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/vivo-S20-series-design-official-236x420.jpg 236w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/vivo-S20-series-design-official.jpg 600w" sizes="(max-width: 576px) 100vw, 576px" /></figure>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="576" height="1024" data-id="660914" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/vivo-S20-series-design-official-2-576x1024.jpg?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-660914" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/vivo-S20-series-design-official-2-576x1024.jpg 576w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/vivo-S20-series-design-official-2-169x300.jpg 169w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/vivo-S20-series-design-official-2-236x420.jpg 236w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/vivo-S20-series-design-official-2.jpg 600w" sizes="(max-width: 576px) 100vw, 576px" /></figure>
</figure>

<p>One of the standout features of the new S20 series is its “Eye-pleasing Eye Protection Screen,” a <strong>BOE Q10 display</strong>, designed to minimize eye strain for users. The display on both models reportedly measures 6.7&#8243;, and offers a 1.5K resolution for a sharp and immersive viewing experience.</p>

<p>According to Weibo tipster Digital Chat Station, the base S20 features a flat display, while the S20 Pro is expected to come with a micro-quad curved display for added visual appeal.</p>

<h2>Impressive battery life and thin design</h2>

<p>The <strong>Vivo S20</strong> is also confirmed to impress with its massive <strong>6,500mAh battery</strong>. Despite the large battery, the phone manages to maintain a slim profile at just <strong>7.19mm</strong> in thickness and a lightweight design weighing only <strong>180g</strong>. On the other hand, the S20 Pro, which features more advanced camera technology, is expected to pack a slightly smaller 5,800mAh battery and be 7.55mm thick, likely due to the space occupied by the 3x periscope camera module.</p>

<p>The official confirms <strong>Dimensity 9300+ for the S20 Pro</strong>, while according to previous rumors, the base model uses the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 chip.</p>

<p>Vivo has already <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/11/18/vivo-s20-and-s20-pro-pre-reservation-begins-in-china-design-partially-revealed/">begun pre-reservations</a> for the S20 series in China. Those who reserve the phones early have a chance to win a gift worth NT$278, with 2,500 lucky participants receiving prizes such as a 44W charger and a one-year extended warranty.</p>

<p><a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/vivo">Vivo</a> is expected to unveil the Vivo S20 series of sub-flagship phones in China by the end of this month (November). Recently, Chinese certification platforms approved two new Vivo smartphones bearing model numbers V2429A and V2430A. Speculations suggest that these are nothing but the upcoming Vivo S20 and S20 Pro smartphones. Today, tipster Digital Chat Station released a Weibo post to leak the key specifications of the device. The leak reveals that the S20 Pro will be the company’s first S-series phone to feature a periscope telephoto camera.</p>

<h3><strong>Vivo S20 Pro specifications (rumored)</strong></h3>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="850" height="220" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/image-73.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-659953" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/image-73.png 850w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/image-73-300x78.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/image-73-768x199.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/image-73-696x180.png 696w" sizes="(max-width: 850px) 100vw, 850px" /></figure></div>

<p>As can be seen, DCS has leaked the specifications of an upcoming Vivo phone, which is evident by the emoji that he used in the Weibo post. Likely, he has spilled the details of the S20 Pro. According to the leak, the device will feature a 6.7-inch OLED LTPS screen with a micro-quad-curved design. The screen will offer a 1.5K resolution of 2800 x 1260 pixels and possibly a 120Hz refresh rate.</p>

<p>The Vivo S20 Pro will feature a 50-megapixel camera on its front. The back panel of the device will feature an OIS-50-megapixel Sony IMX921 primary camera, a 50-megapixel ultra-wide lens, and a 50-megapixel IMX882 periscope telephoto camera with 3x optical zoom.</p>

<p>Under the hood, the S20 Pro will feature the <a href="https://www,gizmochina.com/tag/dimensity-9300-plus">Dimensity 9300 Plus</a>v chipset and a 5,500mAh battery with 90W fast charging support. An optical-type in-screen fingerprint sensor will also be a feature of the device. Like the S20, the S20 Pro is expected to sport a thin and lightweight design.</p>

<p>In comparison, the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/vivo-s20/">Vivo S20</a> is expected to feature the <a href="https://www,gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-7-gen-3">Snapdragon 7 Gen 3</a> chip, up to 16 GB of RAM, up to 1 TB of storage, and a 6,500mAh battery with <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/11/05/upcoming-vivo-s20-spotted-at-3c-certification-with-90w-fast-charger/">90W fast charging</a>. It is likely to feature the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/11/06/vivo-s20-and-s20-pro-display-camera-and-processor-detail-leaks-along-with-launch-timeframe/">same screen as the Pro model</a>. For photography, it will have a 50-megapixel front camera and a 50-megapixel + 8-megapixel dual-camera system on the back. It will measure 7.19mm in thickness and weigh 185.5 grams.</p>

<p>Xiaomi, Honor, iQOO, and OnePlus announced their flagship offerings in China in the last three days of October. It appears that there could be a similar situation this month (November) in the home market. A recent leak by tipster Digtial Chat Station revealed that Oppo may unveil the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/11/04/oppo-reno-13-series-november-25-launch-date-tipped-heres-what-we-know-so-far/">Reno 13 series on Nov. 25</a>. He also claimed that the Redmi K80 and Redmi K80 Pro will be announced by November end in China. Now, the same source has revealed the launch timeframe for the next offerings from <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/iqoo">iQOO </a>and <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/category/vivo">Vivo</a>.</p>

<h3><strong>iQOO Neo 10, Vivo S20 series launch timeframe (rumored)</strong></h3>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="777" height="148" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/image-43.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-659386" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/image-43.png 777w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/image-43-300x57.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/image-43-768x146.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/image-43-696x133.png 696w" sizes="(max-width: 777px) 100vw, 777px" /></figure></div>

<p>As can be seen above, DCS has claimed that the iQOO Neo 10 lineup and the Vivo S20 series are also scheduled to launch in China by the end of this month. Reports have revealed that the Neo series will include the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/iqoo-neo-10/">iQOO Neo 10</a> and <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/iqoo-neo-10-pro/">Neo 10 Pro</a> equipped with the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-8-gen-3">Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 </a>and <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/dimensity-9400">Dimensity 9400</a> chipsets, respectively. There’s a possibility that the series may include a third model, but there is no clarity on it yet.</p>

<p>According to recent reports, the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/vivo-s20/">Vivo S20</a> series is expected to feature the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3-powered Vivo S20 and the Vivo S20 Pro, which is expected to feature the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/dimensity-9300-plus">Dimensity 9300 Plus</a> chipset. This series is also expected to include the Vivo S20e, but the rumor mill is yet to leak details about it.</p>

<p>At the same time, Honor is also said to be working on the Honor 300 series for China. Reports suggest that the 300 lineup may also debut soon in China. Meanwhile, OnePlus is also <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/10/14/upcoming-battle-redmi-k80-k8-pro-oneplus-ace-5-ace-5-pro-iqoo-neo-10-neo-10-pro-realme-gt-neo-7-launch-timeframe-tipped/">gearing up</a> to unveil the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/oneplus-ace-5/">Ace 5</a> and <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/oneplus-ace-5-pro/">Ace 5 Pro</a> smartphones with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Leading Version and 8 Elite chipsets, respectively.</p>

<p>The Chinese market is also expected to receive a new Honor GT series phone powered by a flagship Snapdragon chip and the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/realme-gt-neo-7/">Realme GT Neo 7</a> equipped with the Snapdragon 8 Gen 3 Leading Version.</p>

<p>Recently, a <a href="https://gizmochina.com/category/vivo">Vivo</a> smartphone with model number V2429A was approved by China’s TENAA certification platform. Speculations are rife that it could be the upcoming Vivo S20 handset. Now, the same device has received approval from the 3C certification platform in China, giving a hint about its fast-charging capabilities.</p>

<h3><strong>Alleged Vivo S20 3C certified</strong></h3>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-large"><img loading="lazy" width="1024" height="298" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Vivo-S20-3C-1024x298.png?x44794" alt="Vivo S20 3C certified" class="wp-image-658378" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Vivo-S20-3C-1024x298.png 1024w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Vivo-S20-3C-300x87.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Vivo-S20-3C-768x223.png 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Vivo-S20-3C-696x202.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/11/Vivo-S20-3C.png 1046w" sizes="(max-width: 1024px) 100vw, 1024px" /><figcaption>Purported Vivo S20 3C certified</figcaption></figure></div>

<p>According to the 3C certification listing, the Vivo V2429A smartphone may ship with a charger that supports up to 90W fast charging. To recall, the Vivo S20 might see a slight upgrade in the charging department, as the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/vivo-s19/">Vivo S19</a>, which was launched in China in May this year, supports 80W fast charging. The rumor mill speculates that the Vivo S20 will be the final moniker for the V2429A handset when it hits the market, but no concrete evidence supports this speculation.</p>

<p>Vivo S20 specifications (rumored)</p>

<p>The <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/10/21/mysterious-vivo-phone-surfaces-with-6500mah-battery-7-19-mm-thickness-and-1-5k-display/">TENAA certification</a> of the alleged Vivo S20 has revealed that it may arrive with a 6.67-inch AMOELD screen that offers a 1.5K resolution. Under the hood, the device may feature the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/tag/snapdragon-7-gen-3">Snapdragon 7 Gen 3</a> chipset and up to 16 GB of RAM. The phone may arrive in China with up to 1 TB of storage.</p>

<p>The Vivo S20 is likely to pack a 6,500mAh battery with 90W fast charging support. It might have a 50-megapixel selfie camera on the front and a 50-megapixel + 8-megapixel dual-camera system on the back panel.</p>

<p>The Vivo S20 is likely to run on OriginOS 5-based Android 15. It is expected to come with other features, such as an IR blaster and an in-screen fingerprint scanner. It will measure 7.19mm in thickness and weigh around 186 grams.</p>

<p>Vivo has just <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/10/14/vivo-unveils-x200-pro-x200-pro-mini-as-first-dimensity-9400-flagships/">unveiled</a> its 2024 flagship lineup, the X200 series, featuring larger batteries, upgraded cameras, and a more powerful chipset.</p>

<p>Now a mysterious device with model name V2429A has surfaced on TENNA with a 6,500mAh battery (rated capacity 6365mAh), much larger than the ones on the X200 series devices. But the listing includes more than just the battery capacity. So let&#8217;s take a look.</p>

<h2>Vivo V2429A specifications:</h2>

<p>The mysterious device boasts a 6.67-inch AMOLED panel with 2800×1260 (1.5K) resolution and 1073.74 million color depth. Although the model number closely resembles that of the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/2024/10/18/vivo-x-fold-4-certifi-massive-battery/">Vivo X Fold 4</a> (V2429), the listing does not mention a second display, suggesting it is a bar phone.</p>

<div class="wp-block-image"><figure class="aligncenter size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="696" height="611" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Vivo-V2429A-tenna.png?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-656023" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Vivo-V2429A-tenna.png 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Vivo-V2429A-tenna-300x263.png 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/10/Vivo-V2429A-tenna-478x420.png 478w" sizes="(max-width: 696px) 100vw, 696px" /></figure></div>

<p>Notably, the model number is also a bit similar to that of the vivo S19 (V2364A), launched in May this year with a 6000mAh battery.</p>

<p>Inside, the Vivo V2429A uses an octa-core chipset with 2.63 GHz frequency (likely the base clock speed).</p>

<p>The listing also reveals the device&#8217;s dimensions—160.35 x 74.18 x 7.19 mm—closely matching those of the <a href="https://www.gizmochina.com/product/vivo-s19/">Vivo S19</a>, which is 7.2 mm thick. Given this similarity and the timing of the Vivo S19&#8217;s launch, the V2429A is likely to be the Vivo S20.</p>

<p>Despite packing a larger battery, the phone weighs 185.5 grams, 6g lighter than the S19, which could be achieved with an improved silicon-carbon anode battery.</p>

<p>The phone features 8/12/16GB RAM and 128/256/512GB/1TB storage and supports 5G, Infrared, Bluetooth, Wi-Fi, an under-screen fingerprint reader, and face recognition.</p>

<h2>Vivo S19 specs:</h2>

<figure class="wp-block-image size-full"><img loading="lazy" width="1006" height="672" src="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Vivo-S19.jpg?x44794" alt="" class="wp-image-628688" srcset="https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Vivo-S19.jpg 1006w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Vivo-S19-300x200.jpg 300w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Vivo-S19-768x513.jpg 768w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Vivo-S19-696x465.jpg 696w, https://www.gizmochina.com/wp-content/uploads/2024/05/Vivo-S19-629x420.jpg 629w" sizes="(max-width: 1006px) 100vw, 1006px" /></figure>

<p>While the chipset for the new model is still unknown, its alleged predecessor, the vivo S19, uses the Snapdragon 7 Gen 3 (4 nm) chipset. It scores over 1,100 in Geekbench single-core tests and around 3,300 in multi-core tests. In the 3DMark Wild Life Performance test, it achieves between 5,900 and 6,000 points.&#8221;</p>

<p>As for the cameras, the phone packs a 50MP+8MP dual setup on the back and a 50MP selfie on the front.</p>
