The MiBand can set the best exercise objectives for us using personal information that we can input into the phone such as our sex, age, height, and weight.
The MiBand can be connected to the Mi phone via Blu Tooth connection. We can open the MiBand App and connect the phone to the MiBand when they are in close proximity. 
The problem with many smart wearable devices is that they do not last long. The MiBand, on the other hand, can last for 30 days before it needs to be charged.
After toying with it tonight, I will have to say that I am very impressed with the Xiaomi MiBand. Not only does it cost 79 RMB but it has some pretty impressive high-tech features such as an alarm clock, smart lock, etc. There were a few problems such as the fact that it can only work with the MiPhone. Other than that, I am happy with it.
