Most large companies usually hold their staff get-together towards the end of the year which is a time for fun and merriment. It is also a time when awards are doled out to hardworking and dedicated staffs. In recent times tech companies have device exceptional ways of rewarding members of staff that have worked for years. Recently Huawei rewarded its loyal staffs with shares in the company running into millions of Yuan.
Xiaomi has also been revealed to have a package lined up for its staff who have spent 5 years in the company. This was disclosed by Xiaomi’s director of public relations Liu Fei via a Weibo post. The innovative Chinese startup will be rewarding loyal staffs who have spent five years in the company with a golden rabbit award (pictured).
The picture of the awards the Xiaomi official shared shows that there are lots of awards to be given, an indication that a good number of the staffs have spent five years working at Xiaomi. Does that mean Xiaomi’s employees are happy with the company? That’s what it seems like.
