Just like Google, Sony is another manufacturer that hasn’t yet jumped on the dual camera train. However, that may be changing soon. A new smartphone codenamed the H3213 Avenger has been seen on GFXBench and it packs dual front cameras,
The Sony H3213 Avenger has a 6-inch FHD display. This is the same size as that of the XA1 Ultra but it is unknown if when itwill come with the new design Sony is planning for next year.
There is 4GB of RAM and 32GB of storage (20GB available!!!) and a Snapdragon 630 is the chipset of choice. The octa-core processor is clocked at 2.2GHz and has the Adreno 508 as its GPU.
For its first dual camera smartphone, Sony is going all out with it. It has a 16MP primary sensor that can record in 4K and its paired with an 8MP sensor. There is a chance the secondary sensor of the will capture depth of field information for portrait images.
The Sony H3213 Avenger packs a 21MP rear camera with support for 4K video recording, autofocus, and HDR photography. It also runs Android 8.0 Oreo out of the box.
These are pretty solid specs for a mid-range device. What remains to be known is the design, price tag, and release date.
