LG has introduced a new smartphone called the LG X4+ in South Korea. It is a rugged phone that comes loaded with mid-tier specs.

The LG X4+ includes a 5.3-inch IPS display that produces 720 x 1280 pixels resolution. The Snapdragon 425 SoC fuels the smartphone with 2 GB of RAM. It comes with an inbuilt storage of 32 GB and it also features a microSD card slot. It is driven by a 3,000mAh battery.

It has a main camera of 13-megapixel and has a selfie camera of 5-megapixel. It comes preinstalled with Android 7.0 Nougat and it also features support for LG Pay. The connectivity features available on the smartphone include Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, NFC and USB-C.

The LG X4+ also features a fingerprint scanner on its back panel. For immersive audio experience, the phone features Hi-Fi DAC (digital to analog converter). The highlight of the smartphone is that it comes with MIL-STD 810G rating which ensures that it can withstand impact, vibration, extreme temperatures, thermal shock and humidity.

The rear panel of the LG X4+ is made out of aluminum and it measures 148.6 x 75.1 x 8.6mm and weighs 172.3 grams. It will be coming to the market in color choices like blue and violet. The LG X4+ will be releasing in South Korea by the end of this through the top 3 carriers with a price tag of 300,000 won (~$280).
