LG had unveiled the LG V30S ThinQ and V30S ThinQ+ smartphones at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) 2018 tech expo. However, at that time, the South Korean company did not disclose the pricing of the V30S ThinQ duo. Today, the company has released a press release to confirm the arrival and pricing of these phones in the home market.

The LG V30S ThinQ and V30S ThinQ+ will be available for buying in South Korea starting from March 9. These smartphones will be available in color options like Platinum Gray and Moroccan Blue. The V30S ThinQ is priced at 1048,300 won (~$975) and the V30 ThinQ+ carries a price tag of 1097,800 won (~$1,021). These phones are expected to arrive in the U.S. and Europe in Q2 this year.

The V30S ThinQ and V30S ThinQ+ carry the same specs that are available on the LG V30S smartphone from last year. The ThinQ models come with some interesting AI driven camera features.

The AI Cam function analyzes the subject and prompts uses with the best shooting mode from options like portrait, food, pet, landscape, city, flower, sunrise and sunset. The Q Lens feature can be used for scanning bar-codes and QR codes. It can be also used for real-time language translation by pointing the camera to the text. Bright Camera can be used to capture better shots by brightening up the subject up to 2 times in dim-light conditions.
