Last month, India had received the OnePlus 6 in two variants such as 64 GB storage + 6 GB RAM (Mirror Black) and 128 GB storage + 8 GB RAM (Midnight Black and Silk White). These variants have been available with respective pricing of Rs. 34,999 (~$511) and Rs. 39,999 (~$584). OnePlus had also launched the OnePlus 6 Marvel Avengers Limited Edition with 8 GB of RAM and 256 GB of storage with a higher price tag of Rs. 44,999 (~$657). Today, the Chinese manufacturer has confirmed the arrival of 256 GB OnePlus 6 that features 8 GB of RAM. It will be available only in Midnight Black from July 10.
The 256 GB OnePlus 6 in Midnight Black is currently listed on the Amazon India with “Notify Me” option. Hence, Amazon will be receiving its registrations starting from today. The retailer giant will begin the official sales of the new OP6 model from July 10. OnePlus.in and OnePlus exclusive offline outlets will also start selling it from July 14. The new model has a pricing of Rs. 43,999 (~$642).
According to OnePlus, the 256 GB + 8 GB OnePlus 6 has met with stupendous response in the markets that have received it. The OnePlus 6 Avengers Limited Edition was the only model that came with 256 GB of storage and 8 GB of RAM in India and it was also met with overwhelming response.

Apart from differences in RAM and storage, all the color variants of the OnePlus 6 have identical specs. It houses a 6.28-inch Optic AMOLED display that supports FHD+ resolution of 2280 x 1080 pixels and 19:9 aspect ratio. The handset offers the same protection that are generally offered by IP67 certified smartphones.
The Snapdragon 845 chipset is present under the hood of the phone. It features 20-megapixel Sony IMX519 + 16-megpixel Sony IMX376K dual camera setup and a front-facing snapper of 16-megapixel. It runs on Android 8.1 Oreo that is skinned with OxygenOS 5.1. The handset is packed with 3,300mAh battery.
