Infinix has launched its latest smartphone in its ‘Hot’ series — Infinix Hot 6 Pro. It will be available in three color options — Bordeaux Red, Sandstone Black, and Magic Gold. Priced at Rs. 7,999 (approximately $117), the smartphone will be available exclusively from Flipkart.
The phone features a 5.99-inch HD+ display with screen resolution of 1440 x 720 pixels with 2.5D curved glass and 18:9 aspect ratio. Under the hood, the device is powered by Qualcomm‘s Snapdragon 425 quad-core processor clocked at 1.4GHz along with Adreno 308 graphic processor.
It packs 3GB RAM and 32GB internal storage and comes with microSD card slot which enables users to further expand the phone’s storage capacity. In terms of optics, there’s a dual camera setup which consists of a 13-megapixel primary sensor with f/2.0 aperture and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor.
On the front side, there’s a 5-megapixel camera sensor with soft LED flash and f/2.0 aperture. Connectivity options on the device include 4G VoLTE, Wi-Fi 802.11 b/g/n, Bluetooth 4.2, and GPS. There’s also a fingerprint sensor as well as Face Unlock feature for added security.
It runs on Android 8.0 Oreo operating system based company’s own custom interface XOS 3.2. The device is powered by a 4,000mAh battery. Commenting on the launch, Anish Kapoor, CEO, Infinix said:

At this price point, the Infinix Hot 6 Pro will be competing against the likes of Xiaomi Redmi 5A and Nokia 2.1, among others.
