Xiaomi’s Mijia platform has grown to become an online store for practically all your needs. The platform now sells clothes, toys electronics, drinks, foods, and even pet items. However, none of these costs as much as one of its latest products – a house furniture set.
The house furniture set is actually made by a partner company based in Hangzhou, China. It is a 25-piece furniture set that includes a living room set, a dining set, a bedroom set, and a home office set.
The whole set has the same theme. All the pieces of furniture are made from European Elm trees with PVD gold-plated non-slip feet. Those with cushions such as the chairs and headboard contain SINOMAX high-density foam and are covered in orange or brown American cowhide leather.
The whole set is priced at ¥29,999 ($4,416) and has crossed its crowdfunding goal by more than 600%. If you can’t afford the whole set, you can actually order individual sets or even individual pieces of furniture. Irrespective of what you buy, shipping is expected to start by October 7.
