The Mi 8 SE is turning out to be a best-seller for Xiaomi since it officially went on sale The premium mid-range model was launched alongside the Mi 8 and Mi 8 Explorer Edition on May 31. The Mi 8 SE went on sale on June 8 with a starting price of 1799 yuan doe the 4GB+64GB version while the 6GB+64GB sold for 1999 yuan. Xiaomi has now effected a temporary 100 yuan price cut for the 6GB + 64GB version which will be on offer for 1899 yuan for just one day.
Apart from the 100 yuan price slash for the 6GB + 64GB version, the Mi 8 SE 6GB + 128GB version comes bundled with a free gift of Mi Band 3. The high-end 6GB+128GB memory variant was announced towards the end of July and went on sale a couple of weeks back for 2299 yuan (~$338).
