Since the Huawei P20 Pro was announced in March this year, the device has had a rollercoaster ride in terms of sales. The figures have been streaming in, enabling the company to coast past Apple to emerge as the second largest smartphone vendor globally. That is because the P20 Pro came out as Huawei’s best smartphones to date. Four months after, the company has refreshed the model with four new attractive colour options. The new colour variants were showcased at IFA 2018. We bring you the colour options, thanks to GSMArena.Huawei P20 Pro

Two of the four new colours come with a cool leather texture. There is an Elegant Black as well as a Gold Brown variant which is manufactured using a plastic/polycarbonate back panel wrapped with genuine Italian calfskin. The Huawei logo, as well as the Leica badge, are embossed on the back. Huawei P20 Pro

The third colour option is a Pearl White variant similar to the White variant of the Honor 10. The variant utilises a glass back which is covered by Gorilla Glass. Finally, the fourth colour variant looks very much to the Twilight aurora variant of the P20 Pro but this one is called Morphon Aurora and it has a more violet hue instead of an aquamarine-greenish hue. There is absolutely no change in the front panel of all four colour options.

The internals of the new Huawei P20 Pro variants still retains a Kirin 970 chipset at the driving seat. The glass variants are available in 6GB+128GB memory while the leather variants come in a new 8GB+256GB memory. All other specs remain the same. As for the price, the Glass variants will retail for €899, while the leather variants sell for €999 and that is because of the higher storage rather than the leather back. Huawei will make all versions available in Europe via major offline and online retailers from September 5.
