During the weekend, new photos of the Huawei Mate 20 cases had surfaced to reveal its features. It is speculated that the Mate 20 will be equipped waterdrop notch LCD screen that will carry support for Full HD+ resolution. Recent reports have revealed that Huawei Mate 20 Pro that is expected to get unveiled alongside the Mate 20 will be equipped with a wider notch. Popular tipster IceUniverse has shared fresh photos of the tempered protector of the Mate 20 Pro to reveal its front appearance.

The images of the Mate 20 cases have revealed that it will be equipped with a square-shaped camera module that will be housing the LED equipped triple camera setup. The Mate 20 cases have also revealed that its back panel will be featuring a fingerprint reader.

As far as the Mate 20 Pro is concerned, the images of its screen protector have revealed that it will be equipped with a wider notch that may house 3D structured light module to support 3D facial scanner. The presence of a wider notch suggests that the handset will carry support for an aspect ratio of 18.7:9.

The tempered film seems to be curved towards the left and right sides which indicates that the Mate 20 Pro will be coming with a curved screen. Rear renders and leaked photos of the Mate 20 Pro that have surfaced in the recent past have suggested that it won’t be featuring a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner. Rumors have it that the Mate 20 Pro will be featuring an AMOLED display with an in-screen fingerprint scanner. It is also speculated that the Mate 20 Pro will carry support for Quad HD+ resolution of 3120 x 1440 pixels.

Huawei will be unveiling the Mate 20 and Mate 20 Pro smartphones on Oct. 16 through a press conference in London. It is speculated that the Mate 20 Porsche Design will also get announced along with Mate 20 and 20 Pro. The 7nm Kirin 980 chipset and 4,200mAh battery will be powering the Mate 20 duo.
