OnePlus has begun pushing out a second update to the OnePlus 6T. The update arrives as OxygenOS 9.0.5 just a week after it received its first update after it launched.

The new update doesn’t bring many changes but the changelog says there are improvements for screen unlock and general bug fixes and improvements. The update is about 95MB in size according to those who have received it. However, there are reports of no noticeable difference after the update.

The OnePlus 6T is the latest flagship from the manufacturer. It has a 6.41-inch optic AMOLED screen with a water-drop notch, a Snapdragon 845 SoC, up to 8GB RAM and 256GB of storage.

On the back of the phone is a 16MP + 20MP dual camera setup and in front is another 16MP sensor. The OnePlus 6T runs Android Oie out of the box and packs a 3700mAh battery. It also has an in-display fingerprint scanner.

This is also the first OnePlus phone that will be sold via a carrier in the United States. Since updates have to pass through the carrier first, don’t expect this update to hit your device anytime soon if you own the T-Mobile version.
