Huawei is in the race to release a phone with a hole in its display and rumors say it will beat Samsung to it. Where Samsung’s contender is the Galaxy A8s, Huawei is expected to unveil the Nova 4. A concept render of the phone has surfaced online that shows what the phone might look like when Huawei unveils it next month.

The Nova 4 is shown here looking a lot like the Huawei P20 Pro with its triple rear cameras but ditching the notched display for a hole-in-screen display. However, unlike the P20 Pro, this Nova 4 doesn’t have a front-mounted fingerprint scanner thanks to its slimmer lower bezel. There also isn’t a fingerprint scanner on the rear which means it is most probably under the display.

The Nova 4 has a gradient finish and might as well be one of the nicest we have seen on a phone.

The new Nova phone is expected to come with the Kirin 980 processor that powers the Mate 20 series and the Honor Magic 2. The rest of its specs are still unknown but should be nothing less than stellar.
