If you’re an avid gamer who fancies playing popular games on a big-screen mobile device without breaking the bank, you might want to take a gander at the Nubia Red Magic Mars gaming smartphone.
ZTE’s new gaming smartphone was announced earlier this month and is expected to hit the store shelves sometime in December. Unlike its well-received precursor that packed a Snapdragon 835 chipset, the Red Magic Mars is powered by the newfangled Snapdragon 845 chipset and it adopts a competent Adreno 560 GPU, under the hood.

This ZTE-branded gaming phone comes with 6GB of RAM and 64GB of internal storage and you can get this model on Giztop if you’re willing to shell out $449. If you don’t mind spending $100 more, you can go for the slightly larger variant that would ship with 8GB of RAM and offer a hearty 128GB of onboard storage.

The ergonomically designed Nubia Red Magic is housed in a sturdy aluminum frame and it sports a 6-inch Full HD+ display with a screen resolution of 2160×1080 pixels and an edge-to-edge 2.5D NEG T2X-1 screen. It offers an aspect ratio of 18:9 and contrast ratio of 1500:1, coupled with true 1080p high-definition images for an unmatched gaming experience.
On the photography front, the Red Magic Mars houses a 16.0MP camera on the back with f/1.8 aperture and an 8.0MP front shooter with 1.12μm pixel size and f/2.0 aperture for selfies and video chatting. Moreover, it is equipped with NeoVision 7.0 Imaging Engine that comprises a dedicated professional mode to deliver SLR-like features.

The gaming phone runs Nubia Red Magic OS based on Android 9 PIe operating system. It adopts DTS Technology along with Smart Amplifier system to deliver an unmatched sound experience. Aside from that, the phone features a slew of useful sensors like Compass/ Magnetometer, Proximity sensor, Accelerometer, Fingerprint sensor, Ambient light sensor, and Gyroscope.
