Recent reports have revealed that Samsung will be announcing the new Galaxy M series of smartphones in early 2019. The Galaxy M range is rumored to replace Galaxy J, Galaxy On and Galaxy C series of smartphones from the company and it will be aimed towards emerging markets. The Galaxy M10, Galaxy M20 and Galaxy M30 smartphones that have surfaced in the recent reports are rumored to be included in the upcoming Galaxy M series. Citing industry sources, 91 Mobiles claims that Samsung has started with the mass productions of Galaxy M10 and Galaxy M20 smartphones.

The publication claims that the production of the Galaxy M10 and M20 phones have started in the Noida-based factory of Samsung India. Based on the recent reports it can be said that the Galaxy M will be entry-level smartphone. The handset has a model number of SM-M105F and it is tipped to arrive in 16 GB and 32 GB storage versions.

Also, it is expected to be available in Dark Grey and Blue colors. The smartphone was recently spotted on Geekbench with specs like Exynos 7870 chipset, 3 GB of RAM and Android 8.1 Oreo OS. I tis rumored to feature an LCD display.

Samsung M-series

The Galaxy M20 and Galaxy M30 phones that have respective model numbers of SM-M205F and SM-M305F are rumored to feature Infinity-U (u-shaped) notched displays. Rumors surrounding the Galaxy M20 have revealed that it will be fueled by Exynos 7885 chipset. It will be loaded with Android 8.1 Oreo OS. The SoC of the phone will be supported by 3 GB of RAM. It will be coming in 32 GB and 64 GB storage models. The Infinity-U display of the phone is expected to carry support for Full HD+ resolution of 2340 x 1080 pixels.

There is not much information available on the specifications of the Galaxy M30. It is speculated to be available in 64 GB and 128 GB storage models.
