Lenovo Z5s launch date for China is December 18, Triple camera press render released

Lenovo was expected to unleash the Lenovo Z5s triple camera phone on Dec. 6. However, there was announcement on the smartphone yesterday. Today, the Lenovo Group VP Chang Cheng has released a new poster to confirm that the Lenovo Z5s will be unleashed on Dec. 18. The Lenovo Mobile Weibo account has shared an image to showcase its gradient color appeal and triple rear cameras.

Lenovo Z5s Launch Date

The Lenovo Z5s will be unveiled at the Lenovo’s global headquarters in China on Dec. 18. The launch poster has teased the triple camera setup of the smartphone. The other image reveals the marvelous gradient color glass rear of the phone with vertically arranged triple rear cameras.

The design of the triple camera system resembles with Huawei P20 Pro. There is a gap between the dual camera sensors and the third lens. An LED flash is placed below the triple camera setup. As of this writing, there is no information available on the configurations of the triple lenses.

Not only the rear design of the Lenovo Z5s is interesting, leaked images have revealed that it will be sporting a unique display on the front. Unlike the upcoming Samsung Galaxy A8s and Huawei Nova 4 smartphones that feature in-screen camera hole at the top-left corner of their displays, the Lenovo Z5s will have the same camera hole towards the center at the upper portion of the display.

Lenovo Z5s strengths

The letter “S” in Lenovo Z5s signifies its different strengths such as speed, shoot and sexy. Hence, the Z5s will be a good looking smartphone that will deliver topnotch performance and stellar photography experience. Its minimum specs that have surfaced on TENAA reveal that the handset measures 156.7 x 74.5 x 7.8mm and it houses a 6.3-inch display. The device includes a 3,120mAh battery. The TENAA listing of the smartphone is yet to be updated with its full specifications. The Lenovo Z5s has been approved by 3C and MIIIT bodies in China. The smartphone will carry support for 18W fast charging.

Lenovo is known for announcing multiple products at its launch event. Hence, there is a possibility that it may also announce the Lenovo K5X mid-range smartphone alongside the Lenovo Z5s on Dec. 18.
