Nokia 1 Plus and Nokia 210 phones unveiled at MWC 2019

Nokia 1 Plus entry-level smartphone and Nokia 210 feature phone are the other devices that were announced alongside the Nokia 3.2, Nokia 4.2 and Nokia 9 PureView smartphones. Here are the specifications, features and prices of the Nokia 1 Plus and Nokia 210 phones.

Nokia 1 Plus Specifications and Price

The Nokia 1 Plus is an Android Go phone running on Go edition of Android 9 Pie OS. It is a larger-sized version of the Nokia 1 Android Go phone that was announced at the Mobile World Congress (MWC) tech expo in February last year. The handset is equipped with a 5.45-inch IPS LCD screen with 18:9 aspect ratio and support for a resolution of 480 x 960 pixels.

The MediaTek MT6739 chipset with 1 GB of RAM powers the Nokia 1 Plus. It has an internal storage of 8 GB. For more storage, there is a microSD card slot. It has an autofocus and LED flash enabled 8-megapixel rear camera. It is fitted with a selfie shooter of 5-megapixel. The handset has a bigger battery of 2,500mAh capacity.

The Nokia 1 Plus is priced at $89. In Latin America, there will be a limited-edition 16 GB model that will carry a price tag of $99. The handset can be availed in colors like Black, Red and Blue. The availability of the phone is yet to be confirmed.

Nokia 210 Specifications and Price

The Nokia 210 is a feature phone with candy bar design. It comes with a 2.4-inch QVGA display and below it is a numpad. A VGA camera with LED flash resides on the backside of the phone.

The handset is loaded with S30 software that comes with support for Mobile Store for downloading apps. It is loaded with apps such as Opera Mini Browser, Facebook and Classic Snake game. It carries a price tag of $35 and its sales is expected to begin next month.
