Considering the size of the screen, the Lenovo Tab V7 is a lightweight device since it is equipped with a polycarbonate body. The display produces full HD+ resolution and 18:9 aspect ratio along with a screen-to-body ratio of 81 percent. The upper and lower bezels of the Tab V7 are thick, but a good thing about them is that they are symmetrical.

The Snapdragon 450 SoC powers the device with up to 4 GB of RAM. The inclusion of the modest SoC confirms that it is not designed for high-end performance. It comes with up to 64 GB of native storage. The rear side of the tablet features a 13-megapixel camera with LED flash. The back panel of the device is also fitted with a fingerprint reader. There is a 5-megapixel selfie camera on the front that carries support for face unlock and iris recognition.
