Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 series  – Redmi Note 7 and Redmi Note 7 Pro registered over a million sales in India since its launch last month. It’s first good news for Redmi in India after becoming an independent brand with Xiaomi. The newest mid-range devices are already shining in the global arena with four million sales reported last week. In China, the Redmi Note 7 registered a million sales over in a month of its availability.

Xiaomi took to Twitter to formally announce and celebrate the new milestone. The company also unveiled future plans to hit “many more million” in coming time. Xiaomi India’s Head of Category and Online Sales, Raggu Reddy said “We are delighted to be sharing yet another wonderful milestone achieved by our popular Redmi Note series of smartphones. It is truly humbling to see the love of our Mi Fans towards the new Redmi Note 7 series that have set themselves a class apart from their segment of smartphones. This inspires us even more to further ramp up the supply for our popular Redmi Note 7 series and help all our Mi Fans access it easily.”

Xiaomi Redmi Note 7 Pro and Redmi Note 7 hails excellent mid-level specs at affordable pricing. The Snapdragon 675 powered Redmi Note 7 is coupled with 4/6 GB RAM and 64/128GB internal storage. The smartphone runs on MIUI 10 based Android 9 Pie OS. It’s Redmi’s first device to feature 48 megapixels Sony IMX586 sensor on the rear side along with a 5-megapixel depth sensor. On the front, a 13-megapixel camera is present for video calling and selfies. It comes with a 4,000 mAh battery, Quick Charge 4.0, a fingerprint reader and a 6.3 inch IPS LCD display featuring waterdrop notch.

Whereas, the Redmi Note 7 is paired with a Qualcomm Snapdragon 660 SoC and 3/4GB RAM. A dual rear camera set up along with 12-megapixel primary sensor and a 2-megapixel secondary sensor is present. Other features remain the same as Redmi Note 7 Pro.
