Lenovo will finally launch the much-anticipated Z6 Pro flagship tomorrow (April 23) in China. Ahead of the launch, Lenovo’s VP Chang Cheng has revealed the full specifications of the model on Weibo. Mr Cheng has been the source of most of the details we know about the Lenovo and this last leak could be termed as “the straw that broke the camel’s back”. As it stands, little is left unknown about the Lenovo Z6 Pro.

The VP shared a screenshot of the “About Phone” page of the Z6 Pro. The screenshot reaffirms the presence of a 6.39-inch water drop notch screen with a 32MP selfie cam and built-in fingerprint scanner. The device will be powered by a Snapdragon 855 which will pair with 12GB RAM and 512GB storage. This is definitely likely the topmost variant as there will be other memory variants. The most spectacular feature is unarguably the quad camera setup at the back which is shown to consist of a 48MP + 16MP + 8MP + 2MP camera sensors. The sensors are said to team up to provide the capability for the phone to output images at a resolution of 100MP. The rear camera is also listed to feature the new Hyper Video feature for faster speed transfers and have enhanced macro capabilities.

The screenshot shows the Z6 Pro will have dual SIM capabilities, both 4G, although the device is said to support 5G connectivity. It runs on ZUI 11 based on Android 9.0 Pie. The phone is also listed to pack a 4000 mAh battery as well as Dolby Panoramic Sound for enhanced 360-degree sound and a liquid cooling system.

What’s left is for Lenovo to announce the pricing and availability. Perhaps, we’ll need some explanations on how the 100MP resolution image pans out.
