During the Realme 3 launch event in the previous month, Realme had confirmed that it would be launching the advanced Realme 3 Pro smartphone in April in India. Today, the Realme 3 Pro was made official through an unveil event in New Delhi, India. The Realme 3 Pro comes with a powerful Snapdragon 710 chipset and it offers a high screen-to-body ratio. Also, the dual rear cameras of the Realme 3 Pro are equipped with impressive photography features.

The glass and metal combination chassis of the Realme 3 Pro houses a 6.3-inch IPS LCD panel that offers full HD+ resolution. The Dewdrop notched display offers an aspect ratio of 19.5:9. The smartphone offers a screen-to-body ratio of 90.8 percent. The display is shielded by Gorilla Glass 5.

The Snapdragon 710 AIE mobile platform that powers the Realme 3 Pro is coupled with up to 6 GB of RAM. The SoC includes 2.2 GHz octa-core processor and Adreno 616 graphics. The highest configuration variant of the phone features an internal storage of 128 GB. There is a dedicated microSD card slot onboard for additional storage.

The ColorOS 6.0 based Android 9 Pie OS comes preloaded on the Realme 3 Pro. The device comes with HyperBoost 2.0 system that includes System Boost for enhanced system performance, GameBoost 2.0 for optimized gaming experience and App Boost for improving apps’ performance. The dual camera setup of the Realme 3 Pro smartphone includes Sony IMX519 as the primary sensor. It is the very same camera sensor found on OnePlus 6T and OnePlus 6 flagship phones from 2018. The 16-megapixel main sensor with an f/1.7 aperture is assisted by a 5-megapixel depth sensor. The Realme 3 Pro is equipped with plenty of exciting photography features such as 64-megapixel Ultra HD mode, night scene mode, slow-motion video shooting at 480 fps, burst mode and Chroma Boost for better color reproduction. Here are the price tags of the two variants of the Realme 3 Pro:

  • 4 GB RAM + 64 GB storage – Rs. 13,999 (~$200)
  • 6 GB RAM + 128 GB storage – Rs. 16,999 (~$244)

Apart from Carbon Grey, the Realme 3 Pro comes in two gradient color options such as Nitro Blue and Lightning Purple. The smartphone will be available for purchase Realme.com and Flipkart in India starting from April 29 at 12 PM. The handset can be purchased through no cost EMI for up to 6 months. HDFC bank card users will be able to take advantage of Rs. 1,000 flat discount. Moreover, customers of the Realme 3 Pro will also receive Rs. 5,300 benefits from Reliance Jio.
