Vivo has today launched a new smartphone that goes by the name Vivo Y3. The Y3 is a mid-range model but is crammed with top-of-the-pack hardware and sleek design. Perhaps, the most spectacular is the triple AI camera that adorns the back. The device also packs a mammoth 5000mAh battery onboard. Despite the rich specs lineup, the device comes with a 1498 yuan (~$216) price tag.
In terms of the design, the Vivo Y3 utilises a water drop notch which has room for the selfie camera only. The device features a 6.35-inch screen with narrow bezels on all sides, giving it a screen ratio of 89%. At the rear aspect, the Y3 uses a new nano-scale coating process, available in three different colour variants; peacock blue, peach pink and ink blue.
On the camera, the mid-range device is equipped with a 16MP HD front camera. As stated, there are three AI cameras at the rear comprised of a 13MP main camera. The second sensor is a 120 ° wide angle, while the third is a depth of field camera. There is also a rear-mounted fingerprint sensor on the device. Apart from this biometric feature, the Y3 also has Face Unlock.
The Y3 crams a MediaTek MT6765 processor clocked at 2.3GHz under its hood. The processor is paired with 4GB of RAM while there is 128GB of storage onboard which can be expanded up to 256GB via microSD card. 
Despite packing a big 5000mAh battery, the Y3 equally comes with 9V/2A flash charging and support OTG reverse charging. It is worth mentioning that the Vivo Y3 has a built-in game box, the Game Cube, which provides a lot of immersive game experience, such as the built-in e-sport mode 2.0. For the convenience of the elderly, it can not only switch to easy mode but also built the Jovi voice assistant.

As for the price, the Vivo Y3 is priced at 1498 yuan ($216) and is currently available to buy on Jingdong (JD.com).
