The Vivo Z5x will launch as the first Vivo phone with a punch hole display. The phone will also come with a massive 5000mAh battery that should last up to 2 days on a single charge. Ahead of its release tomorrow, Vivo has released press renders of the phone on its Weibo page. They show the phone in all the color variants it will be available in as well as confirm the design.

Vivo Z5x Gradient Blue

The Z5x will come with a display that nearly covers the whole of the front of the device since the bezels have been really trimmed down, save for the chin. It doesn’t seem to be an AMOLED display since Vivo has opted for a rear-mounted fingerprint scanner and not the in-display type. The punch hole is quite small and is located at the top left corner.

On the back, the Vivo Z5x is covered in glass too. It will come in three color variants – Shadow Black, Aurora, and Polar Nightfall. There are three cameras and they are stacked vertically atop each other. All three sensors share the same housing with the LED flash and to the right is the fingerprint scanner.

The phone has its volume rocker and power button on the right side of the frame while a dedicated button for the Jovi AI Assistant is on the left side. We can make out a speaker grille and a USB port at the bottom but we are not sure if it has an audio jack.
