Huawei’s sub-brand Honor has officially unveiled the Honor 20 series of smartphones in India. It includes Honor 20 and Honor 20 flagship smartphones and a mid-ranger called Honor 20i. Here is all the information on the specifications, features and pricing of the Honor 20 series.
Honor 20 and Honor 20 Pro
The Honor 20 and Honor 20 Pro smartphones are equipped with some common features. Both devices feature full HD+ 6.26-inch IPS LCD panels with punch-hole design. They are fitted with side-mounted fingerprint readers. The Kirin 980 chipset is present under the hood of both smartphones. They are loaded with EMUI 9.1 based Android 9 Pie OS. They also carry support for face unlock feature. For capturing selfies, they are fitted with 32-megapixel front-facing cameras.
The Honor 20 and Honor 20 Pro smartphones have quad camera setup on their rear. The Honor 20 has a 16-megapixel ultrawide lens with f/2.2 aperture, a 48-megapixel main sensor with f/1.8 aperture, a 2-megapixel macro camera and a 2-megapixel depth sensor. The Honor 20 Pro’s quad camera module includes a 16-megapixel ultrawide lens with f/2.2 aperture, an OIS enabled 48-megapixel main sensor with f/1.4 aperture, an OIS assisted 8-meapixel telephoto lens and a 2-megapixel macro camera. Both smartphones are optimized to capture better shots in dim-light conditions.
The Honor 20 has 6 GB of RAM, 128 GB of storage and a 3,750mAh battery that supports 22.5W SuperCharge fast charging technology. The Honor 20 Pro is equipped with 8 GB of RAM, 256 GB of inbuilt storage and a 4,000mAh battery with 22.5W SuperCharge technology. The Magic UI 2.1 based Android 9 Pie OS runs on both smartphones. For smoother gaming experience, the Honor 20 and 20 Pro are equipped with GPU Turbo 3.0. Both smartphones lack support for microSD card slot and 3.5mm audio jack.
Honor 20i
The Honor 20i features a 6.21-inch IPS LCD display with waterdrop-style notch that houses a selfie camera of 32-megapixel. The rear side of the phone features a triple camera setup. It comprises of a primary sensor of 24-megapixel with f/1.8 aperture, an 8-megapixel telephoto lens with f/2.4 aperture and a 2-megapixel depth sensor with f/2.4 aperture.
The Kirin 710 chipset powers the Honor 20i with 4 GB of RAM. The handset comes with an internal storage of 128 GB. The EMU 9.1 based Android 9 Pie OS. There is a 3,400mAh battery onboard that lacks support for fast charging.

Honor 20, 20 Pro and 20i Price and Availability
The Honor 20 series will be exclusively available for purchase through Flipkart apart from the official online store of Honor India. The Honor 20 is priced at Rs. 14,999 (~$216). The Honor 20 and Honor 20 Pro respectively cost Rs. 32,999 ($475) and Rs. 39,999 (~$576).
The first sale of Honor 20i will start on June 18. Its color variants are Midnight Black, Gradient Blue and Gradient Red. The Honor 20 will be available for buying from June 25. It can be bought in colors such as Midnight Black and Sapphire Blue. The Chinese firm did not confirm the release date of Honor 20 Pro at the launch event. However, it is expected to release in the market soon. Phantom Black and Phantom Blue are its color variants. The Honor 20 series will be also available for purchase through leading offline stores across the country.
