OnePlus prides itself as a company that listens to its users to better improve its phones and its OS. In 2017, it began the Open Ears Forum – a meeting between senior leadership team members and OnePlus customers to discuss user feedback and suggestions. It is held in different cities and next month, it will hold in Amsterdam where the focus will be on cameras.
