With rumors saying that Apple is also working on an in-screen fingerprint solution for a future iPhone, that suggests that similar solutions are the future of security on smartphones. Unlike the ultra-expensive iPhone, more affordable phones are already available with in-screen fingerprint sensors and the Chinese manufacturer UMIDIGI is bringing its own in-screen fingerprint phone to the market with its new value king UMIDIGI X. The X will be launched next Monday, August 5th, along with the company’s truly wireless earbuds, Upods.

Also, it comes with a 6.35″ AMOLED display with a tiny waterdrop notch and it is rather slim despite the big, 4150mAh battery and NFC it comes with.
