Xiaomi has confirmed recent rumors that the Mi MIX 5G and the Mi 9 Pro 5G will be unveiled on September 24 in China. Alongside the new smartphones, the company will also announce a brand new Mi TV, which is the big focus of today’s leaks. New Weibo leaks have revealed a lot of news about the new Mi TV PRO launch that will be taking place.

The brand new Mi TV PRO devices offered by Xiaomi will come in 55-inch and 65-inch display sizes. They feature some extraordinarily thin bezels, which is the exactly the case with most of the other new and recent Mi TVs. Both models seem to have the same metal chassis, which again lines up with the other recent Mi TV launches.

We’ve still no idea what the specs will look like, but we can probably expect an improvement from the current Mi TVs. The same applies to pricing, which we assume will be more expensive. For reference, the current 55-inch Mi TV costs 2999 yuan ($424), while the 65-inch costs 3999 yuan ($565). For people who pre-order the device between September 15-24 with a 100 yuan deposit, they’ll be entitled to a free 300 yuan speaker.

Since the official event date is out, expect more details on these products in the coming days. While the biggest launch at the event will probably be the Mi MIX 5G, we’re still eager to see all the other devices that will come out of it. The Mi TV PROs in particular are looking promising, and we can’t wait to see what new features and specs they bring to the table.
